We shared the Bang Bang Shrimp, a favorite of ours. The flavor was great as always, although this batch seemed to have a little more batter than usual. Not a big issue, just something we noticed. We ordered the lobster sliders to split and they were great. The order comes with three sliders, and each one was generously filled with chunks of lobster. I also loved the addition of diced tomato and avocado, which added texture. The sliders were a good size. We added a side of truffle fries, which unfortunately fell flat. They looked like regular fries and, while they did have some truffle flavor, they were missing the Parmesan cheese and seasoning that typically make truffle fries stand out. They were okay, but a bit disappointing. We had a nice lunch. The only downside was the price. For one appetizer, one lunch entrée, fries, and one cocktail the total came to over $75, which felt a little steep for lunch. That aside we loved the sliders and would order them again and we always order the Bang Bang Shrimp when we're there.

Thick cold dry toast with precooked overcooked bacon as a first layer with SLICED ICE COLD avocado ( not seasoned ) with two eggs on top. Our delightful server asked how I wanted the eggs cooked? Sorry Austin but this is just not a great brunch item, at least for my taste. My admiration for The Creek still stands strong just not going for brunch again.

After that, I asked what other frozen drinks were on the menu and was told about the frozen orange creamsicle with vodka. Of course, I had to try it and wow, it was fantastic! Refreshing, citrusy, and perfect for a warm day. We had already eaten lunch, so we only stopped in for drinks, but all of the food coming out of the kitchen looked great. Since not everyone knows how to deal with autistic kids out in and about and just think they are misbehaved little minions. They just have a very hard time sitting. So i was beyond thankful it wasn't insanely busy when we went on Sunday and there was shuffleboard thank god. I also happened to spill my water on accident and was frantic on trying to find something to help clean up before our waiter came back and instantly cleaned it up and was very forgiving about the situation after i kept apologizing for the mess. Now onto the beer and food. The potato scoop appetizer was absolutely amazing. By far the best appetizer I've had in ages something so simple but oh so good! Beer was great, the cocktail we got was supposed to be an award winner which was fine but not sure if it was good enough for me to want to go back repurchase that. I'll stick with the beers. My mother-in-law ordered wings and a salad, and the rest of the food was good. Our server was friendly but didn't seem to know the menu very well. We also ordered a salad to go, and it came out without the chicken. Someone from the kitchen brought the chicken separately and explained that the salad had been picked up before it was finished. There was no wait to be seated, but the food took a little longer than expected considering how few people were there. The restaurant was very clean, and the noise level was about what you'd expect. The highlight was the large window overlooking the runway. We could watch planes take off and land while we ate, and my son absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor viewing area behind the restaurant and an observation deck above it for an elevated view of the airport. Overall, it wasn't great, but it's certainly not somewhere I'd tell people to avoid. I'll go back primarily for the unique experience of eating with a view of the runway. The food, drinks, and service have room for improvement, but watching the planes with my son made the visit worthwhile.
