Our visit was on a Monday night. I purchased a Groupon for unlimited game play for two - but it had limitations. Which was fine. We were early enough for happy hour and had a couple drinks at the downstairs bar while waiting for our friends. The place is huge. It can accommodate many large groups and parties at once. Chasing down a runaway 2 year old, I found a small bowling alley in the back too. The first level bar is huge, and great for dining while watching a game. This would be a choice location if I had preteens running around playing games upstairs. The food came out fast and fresh - there really was no one there. The bartender was bored, friendly and chatty. He made some great drinks and recommendations when I was looking for something less sweet, than what was offered on the menu. Upstairs is the video game floor. Take the stairs or take the elevator but make a note of where the exit is when you walk up because it's easy to get lost up there. There are more meeting and event spaces upstairs too, with high top tables and presentation equipment. The room seemed out of place for the venue but good to keep in mind next time in the market for such a space. The video games were fine. What you would expect. You don't have access to the premium Marvel games, ticket games and VR experience on the Groupon deal. The children with us were all under 5, so what we had was just fine. They had a blast. My husband and I stayed behind to beat the tomb raider game when the kids went home. This was our last night in town and wanted a little more fun. My favorite Star Wars game was down for repair. I stole a bit of my sister's grilled salmon and it was delicious. Trying to get kids to eat, in the face of a room full of video games is like trying to hold back flood waters with a wave and a promise. If you want your kids to eat, stay downstairs or have them eat before they leave. The wait staff will leave your table alone for a long time. It helps to acknowledge them and have a chat. My friend wanted to watch the Canelo Álvarez boxing match / prizefight and Dave & Buster's was the only place we could find to see it without paying a fee. And what a great choice. There was plenty of seating and the match was on many screens. We sat at the bar and service was great. I haven't been there in a while and was pleasantly surprised to see they've upgraded their menu. I'll be back to try other food. read more

This was my first visit to a Dave and Busters, and it was really pretty good. Waitress Courtney came over to take our drink order and then came back again, to take our food order. Food came quickly and it was pretty good, reminded me of maybe chuckie cheese food. Courtney was very attenuative and very friendly. A very nice staff person. This place serves the purpose for which it exists. Lot of fun games and good enough options to eat. Games cost a bit but I took $100 card and it was economical when you see how much you can play. We made reservations for 12 for an adult's birthday party. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Erika (and I do hope I got her name right) took great care of us. The game room is on the second floor. There were not as many games as I thought they would have. There's more seating for dinners. The restrooms were kind of gross. Love D&B usually - a great date spot for me and my girlfriend to get away from the stress of studying... usually. HOWEVER there's a terrible team running this branch. Staff who can't handle cash are out on registers, busy areas are understaffed, and you can regularly see employees lounging around and drinking instead of working. If you have a coupon? Don't bother as the staff either can't process it without a manager and you'll have to wait 30+ minutes to use it, or they'll claim it's fake for no reason other than an excuse to not work. If I could ask for my money back I would! Didn't try the food but saw one kit throw up after like 3 bites behind me so wouldn't trust that in the future read more

A very large amount of games were either out of order/broken or would take your tokens and not start the game. It's very dirty, one container of sanitizing wipes for the entire upstairs. This place is completely overpriced for what is being offered. $3 activation fee for every card purchased, that's not mentioned until right before they charge your card. We were going to add the virtual reality for $6 but it would have been an additional $3 for activation on a card that's already been activated, are you kidding?! read more

Fun atmosphere! The place was overrun with kids at 7p in a Friday though. Took us about an hour to spend $30 as adults and the games were fun but there was only 1 air hockey table which was constantly being used so we had to wait forever to play that and only two skeeball machines and one was out of order. Here for a 4 hockey team banquet. No bar service in the banquet room, nor any servers for bar table service. However there were five employees standing behind the bar in the banquet room DOING NOTHING!! Main bar was completely overwhelmed with one bartender and 15 waiting customers. Poor planning, knowing a banquet of 80 hockey people might need a drink. When it is finally my turn to order, I figured I should get a double tall rum and coke because who knows when I will get another. The bartender didn't tell me that they don't serve doubles. Mixed the drink from warm canned coke, interesting since they seem to have a soda gun. Melted all the ice instantly so watered down. First drink tasted like it had absolutely no alcohol in it at all and I finished it while waiting at the bar with my friend who ordered several drinks. At least the second one tasted like it had some alcohol in it, however I was advised that they put three quarters of an ounce in every drink and they don't do doubles. Why didn't he tell me this before he made my drink? $8.99 for a single rum and coke, and quite weak. I might have ordered wine if I had known. Pfft. Banquet food was decent. Fresh salad with only ranch dressing. Chicken or beef sandwiches, Mac and cheese and fries. As a GF gal, I ate salad and meat. No complaints from hockey kids on food. The waiters are so uninterested in what you want and aren't willing to sub with any flexibility of the combo platters -which are terrible in pairing to begin with. Don't get a blended drink. They're all ice and you can't even drink it through a straw-not even an hour later when it was melting. We got instead of a combo platter, boneless wings and the spinach dip. Both were decent. Like everyone says the food here is honestly worse than Denny's. I don't get it. For the price and no good deals, especially for being Father's Day.... I didn't mind the açaí drink. Barrio Queen failed us tonight for a "Pre-games" dinner so we just went straight to the games. We usually don't eat at Dave and Buster's, outside of birthday parties, but tonight I am glad we did. Our server Hannah didn't only make us feel like appreciated guests, she made us feel like family. Our drink order was taken within about 1 minute of being sat and amazing food was on the table shortly after. The drinks were kept very full the entire meal. I am really not the best person to review this place. I like good food and they have a good selection. There was 6 people in our party. They do reservation but the time we was to be there, there was none available. Basically we just went to an area that had open tables and sat done. Our waiter asked if he could reseat us. Which was fine with us. After looking for a different place to set us he said where we was would be just fine. The server was extremely attentive. Checked on us quite often but not intrusive. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. Most people don't go for the food alone. My son and his sons go for mainly the games. I don't play games. The reason I am not the best person to review. My son and his family had a blast. This made me feel like it was a win for us all. They would probably give 5 stars. The good about the games is there seems to be plenty for all. Rude staff, don't even bother. We came with 3 kids and they wouldn't accept a FEDERAL LEGAL ID as the original was left at home. Well. I tried to check in and their server was down and I wasn't able to access my internet service due to whatever blocking it. We arrived around 11:30p and no one was at the hostess stand downstairs to seat us. We searched around, went upstairs, came back down and asked a gal at the counter. She sat us down. We waited around 10 min to order meanwhile, people seated after us had ordered. It took my husband flashing down the hostess to get service. Once we ordered, it didn't take very long to receive our food. It was mediocre. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders with chicken tenders and my husband ordered the buffalo sandwich. My sliders definitely could have used more meat. The tenders didn't have much flavor. My husband said his sandwich was ok. Nothing to die for. We won't return for food. There's too many options around the area. We can eat elsewhere and return for games after. read more

It was okay....there were some good games and some ripoffs but all in all it was fun. This D&B's had a bowling alley which was pretty awesome! It was pretty slow for a Thursday night I though! There was also a section for dinning on the lower level but seating through out and I counted 4 bars!! Okay so here is the plot twist....this place is meant for fun excitement and even with all the lights noise AND DRINKS is was super stale....like even the staff looked bored...lol also there show be a server on the floor so people don't have to stop playing to walk to the bar...just a suggestion! read more

Came to cheer on our team! Dave and Busters open at 10:00 on Sundays to accommodate the 10:00 games! They even opened at 9:50, so we wouldn't miss kick off! Great menu, even at the early hours, chicken and waffles, hot coffee, and tea. They have Pro Game Days every Thursday, Sunday and Monday which includes a great $5 menu all day long, including $5 Bloody Mary's, Helluva old fashions, and $4 beer. Service was incredible, honestly, so accommodating, friendly, very attentive! We felt like we were a guest in someone's home! (So weird for a huge sports bar!) Fun way to watch your favorite team with over 20 TV's in the sports bar alone! Plus corn hole to entertain you durning halftime. I just got home from a most awesome Mother's Day celebration with my son and his friend and friend's mother. The four of us went to Lunch at Dave and Buster's, and after eating, we spent 2 hours in the arcade playing Halo and riding motor cycles. Tons of fun with great people. We were greeted by Alex who was prompt and professional upon welcoming us and taking our order at the bar upstairs. Dustin offered excellent support and was quick and dutiful in his tasks. I was impressed by both young men and their work ethic. Yamen quickly jumped in and surprised me with his management skills. He hopped in and ensured all of the guests were well taken care of. I respect a leader that leads by example, and that is what I saw. I don't often leave reviews, but I felt compelled too because of the excellent service I received tonight. Holiday weekends are always busy, but never for a second did I feel ignored or unimportant under the care and company of these individuals. Overall this place was pretty good!! We had a lot of fun and they always update their games to stay current!! The food is good. not great, but who goes here for the food anyways!! Great place to grab a beer and play some fun games! The I would say it's typical bar food. The normal burgers I was not a fan of. Definitely a pass. The wings have great flavor but not very much meat. But the small sliders are actually super good! Major bonus with the Hawaiian buns! They are sweet little droplets of heaven! If you are "responsible parent" like me, then you know that sometimes it's nice to let loose a bit and have a break from your kids asking why 34 times. Dave & Busters is my favorite solution to this predicament. You can bring your rugrats and even a few of their little stinky buddies and let them go crazy running around playing games. The nice thing about this location is all the games are upstairs so it's easy to keep track of the little hellions. Right in the center of the madness is a bar with good drink deals and a great happy hour! They are usually playing the best football games in the TVs which makes it even better for dads like me. Pro Tip- The coin games where you put a coin in and it pushes the coins off the edge seems to consistently pay out the most tickets per dollar.
