I wasn't interested in dining in because I just wasn't in the mood to eat bar food so I didn't know what to order beside the flat bread pepperoni pizza. But we ordered a bunch of food, the nachos, buffalo wings, korean ribs, kalbi and it was all surprisingly good. The nachos was my favorite, it had all kinds of things on top that made the nachos tasty. We got all our food at similar times except they forgot the korean ribs so we had to wait a bit for that to come out. But by then we were nearly almost done with the food. My family and I have been to this new location a couple of times already but this is for the Darts Experience Bay Area. I booked my reservations for 8 on open-table, which it also gave me an option of a Darts experience or the Shuffle board experience. I picked the Darts experience, which stated it is $24 per party. It did not say $24 an hour. I think D&B's you should reword that because it is very misleading. This why the 4 stars. Other than that our experience was nice. Our waiter met our expectations and he was super awesome and patient. His name was Mike. If anything goes to D&B's ask for Mike he will definitely take care of you! Definitely 5 star service from management but 0 stars from D&B online. We purchased the winter pass online and never received the QR code to load our cards. We ended up speaking to both managers on duty who was extremely accommodating. We were notified that we cannot receive our winter pass till tomorrow but Kat (Manager) honored everything except for the ticket games. On 3/7/26 my fiancé and I had dinner reservations at DnB for 5:30 pm. We get there and at check in we are told by a rude young lady there are no open tables because there is a fight going on and the manager didnt turn off online reservations. So I kindly asked when the fight would end because we can just play games until a table is ready and she said "im not sure but we will text when its ready". My other half and I stayed for 2 hours and eventually left to eat somewhere else and we never got a text message even later that night. Good thing we didnt just stay there until we got a text! They shouldve just said from the start we should go somewhere else so we didnt waste time hanging around there. The service was bad and very disorganized. First and LAST time at Dave and Busters I would give 0 stars if I could. While visiting Hawaii my family took us out to Dave and Busters because I had never been. When we arrived we wanted to order drinks so my girlfriend her uncle and I went to the bar to order drinks. My girlfriend had several forms of ID that they did not accept because they did not want to take her ID. We were irritated but went on with our night, then as I am playing a game with the rest of the family I set my drink down on the game next to ours. She kindly moved it so that the other people could play the game I had my drink on. She set my drink next to her water and watched the rest of us play. Next thing I know 3 bouncers were surrounding us while I was playing with my younger cousin. They told us they were kicking us out because the manager told them she was drinking from my drink after they didn't take her ID. She didn't. She moved my drink, set it down for no longer than 30 seconds and next thing I know we're being told that we were being kicked out. I explained exactly what happened and the bouncer told me we're being kicked out because I'm arguing with him. This was a horrible first experience at Dave and Busters and sadly will be my last. I would never want to visit a place that treats their customers this way without actually knowing what they're accusing people of. Not sure who the manager is but she was a shorter stature girl. The kicker is she couldn't tell us herself, she stood behind the security and just glared at us as if we had done anything wrong. They ruined my first experience at Dave and Busters, gave us horrible service, and ruined the ambience by cornering us as we played a game with our young nephew. Such a bummer. Dave and Busters has a new menu and I just say it's better than before. The kids pizza is more of a flatbread but it was quite tasty. The fries were particularly a little oily for me but they were good. The sampler was a perfect sharing appetizer or even meal if you want, yet next time I would ask for no seasoning on the hot dogs, it was a little overwhelming. As far as ambiance, we were upstairs and it was loud as expected but it was perfect to have the older children come and go as they please. Service was mediocre, and I don't really care for the new POS system where they bring the device to you and stare as you fill out the tip. But overall it was a typical D&B experience. It'll be sad to have them move to the overcrowded Ala Moana shopping center. read more

So when you're in there you're cut off from the outside world literally. Also forgot my son's summer game pass and my phone was dead. Also the bathrooms are so far from the restaurant and someone is our party was yelled at for walking thru an area while everyone else did multiple times!! Went to D&B today 10AM. Ordered a local moco. Loco Moco came out with the rice completely raw. I sent it back (I was still completely fine at this point since mistake happen). Waiter took food to kitchen and came back to advised me the entire batch that was cooked last night is the same thing. She offer if I want something else like Brussels Sprout or string beans... I didnt want kitchen to make new item and waste food so said "I will take the same loco moco just remove the rice and add Brussels sprout. Everything is fine up to the point I received my check. They charged me for the loco moco and side of Brussels sprouts. I guess I shouldve been more blunt and ask them if they offer to sub it out or charge as side order since it the rice was the issue. Always have a blast at Dave and Busters. They have a great selection of games to play and plenty of prizes to win. I've been in multiple times during their Late Night Happy Hour which includes some pretty good deals on drinks. My last few times dining in, haven't been as pleasant unfortunately. This time we stopped in on Wednesday to take advantage of the half off games. After playing we decided to head down stairs and grab something to eat. When we made it downstairs, there was no one at the host stand to seat us. She we ended up having to wait, only for someone to finally come up and tell us they didn't have any tables because it's busy, and we were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar, which we did. We had little interaction with the bartender that assisted us, as she was serving the rest of the bar and the surrounding tables by herself. On top of that, our food did take a bit long. We watched as others that came after receive their orders first unfortunately. The Kalbi that we ordered was very flavorful, along with the Barbecue Chicken Flatbread. I was able to redeem a free appetizer that I earned through the app, and the flatbread was definitely a good choice for it. It was Fall break so it was a bit more crowded than normal, with families bringing their kids in. I think having a few extra hands available on staff would help with cutting down the wait times for guests and even out the workload for employees. read more

Had a great time at D&B. Went for Happy Hour Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm for $5 drinks (select cocktails & domestic draft beers). Our server, Jenny, was great and accommodating. I decided to wait at the bar for our table to be ready. 1 hour later I went to check and they said it would take another 30 minutes. Space for the restaurant was spacious. For just opening their restrooms were disgusting, for the women's restroom the right side was so disgusting there was on the floor, multiple stalls were leaking water, and a lot of toilet paper on the floor. They need more workers working at the winners circle to check out people for their prizes and to place orders for playing cards. There was a very long line for both sides of the winners circle. FOOD!
