Today, 6/16/26 a friend and a I came in for snacks and pool. I was having a really rough day and kinda didn't know to expect for the end of the night. We had a lovely waitress named Eva. I need to give her credit because she was so sweet and so kind and left a massive impact on my experience at Dave and busters and I can't thank her enough for that. She always made sure we were taken care of, she was a delight to talk to and she just made the rest of my night so much better. We had great conversations and were connecting over having very similar names and people getting them mixed up all the time. She was truly a joy to have around and she just brought such an amazing light to our table every time she stopped by. The guy who greeted/seated us looked hung over. Literally, grunted when we said hello and shows us to our seats. Sitting at the table for 10 minutes and NO one has come by. I have seen one server leave the area from afar... same server has now come to the table. I asked for bbq sauce after the food was delivered. It was never brought. The OF drink is fair. The Strawberry Nirvana is amazing! I want to give this a 3 star experience, and that is solely based on the food, but the service drops it to a 2. The greeting and especially the wait time (excessive) and failure to bring any condiments (bbq, salt, pepper) to the table after requesting it makes this a poor experience. Can't say enough about the great service we received. While the kids began doing what kids do at Dave and Busters..... I checked in with the hostesses at the restaurant and was told it would be 30-40 minutes. No big deal !! They have a beautiful bar with perfect sports viewing. The bartender was very pleasant. Enjoyed my wait which was far less than promised. It was only about 15 minutes. After being seated we were helped by Brendan Hernandez the Senior Manager. He took our order and came back several times to assure we were comfortable. The food was excellent. We had flat bread pizza and wings. It was prepared and served with care. They brought out the wrong type of wings (I ordered bone in they brought boneless) I ate those immediately and had a long delay in receiving more. They're still good just not what I wanted. We have been going to trivia and lately we have had a great server. She is very attentive with waters, she is quick, and she figures things out. Service is otherwise hit or miss we never had the same person twice on tuesdays. I am happy to say the food here HAS improved slightly. They got a new menu as of like April 2024 somewhere around there. It is a little smaller, which is probably good for the kitchen. Their wings are still good and they kept the delicious honey siracha. We have tried the pepperoni flatbread, the mozzarella sticks, and one time I got a sampler that had chicken tenders, fries and fried pickles. They were all good. It came with a mango honey mustard which was actually pretty good for the chicken. Not pictured are the sauces cause they forgot them but our server brought after we asked. I also like their fruity lemonades. I dont want to know how much sugar is in them. All of the food here is pretty calorie heavy. I would get the trio sampler if I was hungry. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, we were hounded to order upon sitting down at the restaurant. Once the food came put, the fries were half cooked and the burgers tasted like they were fried on an unclean stove top that just cooked fish. Health department should seriously look into this. When going to purchase tokens, the sign above the tokens says "sign up for an account and get $20 free game play". I signed up and confirmed my account. No where did it show free game play in the app so I went to the counter where the girl behind the counter had me wait as she called her manager and cashed out one of the waitresses her tips - an extra $20 from what she asked for with a wink. Once the manager Danny walked by, she flagged him where he proceeded to pull the sign down and tell me rudely to read the fine print that said I had to make a $20 purchase to get the free $20 in play tokens then rolled his eyes and Ran off. I'm sorry but the fine print shouldn't be covered by the sign holder if that's the only way a customer can figure out your scam. That man needs to learn customer service. read more

Probably my first time at a Dave & Buster's. Prime example of late capitalism where you're pressured to do "deal math" alongside ordering food. Food took a while to arrive and was super salty. One of the arcade machines stole our credits and did nothing. Another machine ended my session with no explanation probably because my form violated an invisible constraint. Also, they have the knockoff version of Dance Dance Revolution which is impossible to play if you grew up with the real thing. read more

This review is for the restaurant only. I ordered the steak medium rare, but it came out very well done. Management tried to fix the mistake by ordering the steak again medium rare, but it came out well done again. They did not offer to nor comp the bad food. They still made me pay for steaks made wrong twice and just said "sorry". We will not be dining there ever again. Too many mistakes too many times. We don't feel appreciated as a return customers. The past five times we ate there there were mistakes with our orders, waiting over an hour for food to arrive, missing items etc, but this was the absolute worst experience of them all. Never again. Update: I called the 800 number provided and spoke with a lady at corporate. She seemed to want to do something to make it right and said she would respond within 24 to 48 hours. It's been over a week now and still nothing yet. If I ever hear back from anyone I'll update this again, but we shall see. Bummed to throw out food that was made wrong twice and ended up in the trash. Could have been made a better experience if they would have offered to replace it with a different dish or taken it off the bill. We came today for trivia night and my mom's birthday. When our server Mel came to greet us, I let her know that it's my mom's birthday, she gave a curt happy birthday and asked us what we wanted to drink. When she came back to our booth, she asked us if we were eating and then sat in our booth to take our order. When the food came out we had ordered the sliders and wings as an app, the cheesesteak as an entree, and the brookie "sundae" as dessert. Everything came out within a minute or two of each other, and surprisingly, everything was mildly warm and salty while the cheesesteak was bland. What we were most disappointed by was the brookie, sundae generally implying that it has ice cream and is warm, as well as brought out after the entrees was brought along with everything else. Our server then ignored us for 45 minutes, we were out of sodas (Of which was our first fill of), dirty plates left on the table, and had long finished eating, leaving the brookie aside as it was cold and the whipped cream never even melted which should happen if something is warm when served. When I brought it up to our server, she very condescendingly told me that it only comes with whipped cream and that "It would have been warm when it was brought out" and argued a bit with my mom who's birthday it was. It was not warm when it was brought out and questionable if it was ever warm at all. We then asked for it to be taken off the bill as it was not warm or to expectations and for a box. 15 minutes later of her purposely avoiding our table, never refilling our drinks, my mom brings out her Stanley cup and drinks from it because we have no more soda and were never brought water. She finally comes over and asks if we want refills, she takes another 5 minutes and finally brings the check. She then stands there while I fill out the tip and just stares at me, I felt forced to tip for awful service. I love tipping well, my mom who was there worked as a server and I have worked tipped jobs as well, I truly enjoy tipping for good or even okay service. Speaking down to myself and my mom, especially on her birthday is awful, it ruined the experiences we have had here and makes her not want to come back. First time ever at Dave and Busters. The menu options look great on the pictures but the food itself is subpar. We got the slider apps, the pretzels and got the steak bowl, chicken bowl, chicken tenders with fries, and the pasta. For desert we had the funnel fries. The best things were the pretzel and the funnel fries, service was great. Our server was awesome and attentive. Took the grandkid. She had a good time, but holy heck is it expensive. Also, the flashing lights in this place are INTENSE... I was really thankful I didn't have a seizure while I was here. If lights are a trigger for you for seizures or migraines, this place is a nightmare. A bunch of the games were only partially working, so that was a bummer as well. My wife was refused service tonight with her New Mexico real ID ( with the Star and everything). We came here for a date night and to watch the Seahawks game. Five employees, including a manager, looked at it and continued to say it's fake after showing them *a picture of* her passport and a picture from her 2012 high school graduation. She was refused service. We are both 31 years old. Both of us were sober, just getting a drink to watch the end of the game before grabbing a pick-up order in the mall. I would understand if she had an older ID, but it's a Real ID. It's good enough for TSA and a serious background check for her job. She even has global entry. Just wanted some yummy food and ordered the stacked steak entree to go, the timing was right and not a long wait. I asked for no bell peppers due to an allergy. Dave & Buster's. What can I say? It's an experience. Ok, so back when i was 15 or something, I'd have been absolutely mindblown by such a place. The lights! The flashing colours! The music! The just sheer LOUDNESS of the place. As a teen, I'd have been all "Wow, bring it on!" However , I'm old and grumpy now. We were going to the movies, and i didn't want to have to go far to eat, and i have a particular favourite salad that i usually get here, that comes with a big Parmesan crisp. Usually I'm on my own, and i hadn't been in for a while. Usually if I'm in DImond Mall, I'll come in the quieter way, which does not engender having to endure the blasting cacophony of the machines, games, bells, whistles, that happen when you walk through the gaming hall. But we came in from downstairs, and had to walk through it, and i sincerely almost walked back out again. Honestly - it did my head in. I'm too old for it now. But i had my mind set on the salad i like. And usually if i can get straight to the restaurant, i can hear the music which is fine, without having to have the overwhelming gaming hall assault my senses. The staff in the restaurant are good, i have no problem with them at all, and they're very attentive. I couldn't see the salad i wanted on the menu, and wasn't sure what it was called anyway, so i got a Caesar Salad and fries on the side. Husband got half rack of ribs, coleslaw and fries. Unfortunately, the food was not up to it's usual standard. Salads that I have had here in the past, have always been delightful. Fresh, tasty, crispy. The lettuce in this Caesar Salad - was really mediocre - and the stem parts of the leaves were actually browning. I can't eat lettuce that isn't fresh - i get a stomachache, and gastric distress from it all night. So, i had to pick out those salad leaf stems, and cut the pieces of the leaves off that were fresh. My fries were barely lukewarm. This was the worst food I've ever had at Dave and Buster's I'm sorry to say. Husband's ribs were nice though. But i hate brown lettuce, and even worse, fries that are not hot. It's not like this was difficult to prepare. Mix up a salad, dish out some fresh hot fries. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. WARNING: long review with lots of digression (this is part 1, part 2 is the old review and includes game reccos) My first thought walking in here: "Wow...this place is... A LOT." If I could use one word to describe it, it would be "A LOT". (I guess it's two words, according to grammar check...but you know what I mean) Big black curtains, tons of bright, loud games, and mega-high ceilings. Once you wander through the neon polygon madness you ended up at the bar restaurant area where you find tons of massive flat panel displays, bright white bar stools, and more neon accents. It's a lot to take in the first time you see it. I also don't know where to go with this review, I have so many weird feelings. Chief among them: Bittersweet Nostalgia: this would've been my favorite place on the planet if it had caught me in my early 20's. I was a gamer and I was a drinker. I loved all things gaming and all things drinking. The idea that, for about $22, I could get play an infinite amount of fancy arcades and also eat an endless amount of hot wings (the best pairing for drankin')...I'm not sure I would be able to handle that. Arcades used to be a place of wonder for me. If you wanted to see what the graphics on the next SEGA system (I'm old) were going to look like, the arcades were a preview of that. Here are graphics unattainable to mere mortals. Here are visuals only a $5,000 arcade cabinet can display. But if you wait a few years, if you have some patience, they'll be in your living room (your TV will probably still not be as crisp as the razer-shard arcade CRT monitors though, sorry). But guess what? The arcades ain't standin' still. By that time, they will have leapfrogged your home console's visuals yet again. Now. That's not really the case. The cycle is broken.You can build a $1,500 PC that will smoke the graphics of even the most polished visuals on display here (which are Halo, btw). Many of the arcade games these days feature cellphone-game-gameplay with console-ish graphics. It's actually kind of sad. I miss the times when, to see cutting-edge graphics and gameplay: you had to go out and puck down some quarters with strangers. Modern gaming is much more..."click-bait-y" The most fun games here fall into two main categories: Shoot a gun at the screen: Sub category 1: move a bigass gun that's physically mounted to the arcade. Halo is like this. Sub category 2: sling a gat like a gangstah and shoot at the screen. Examples: Time Crisis 5 (the pedal functionality is great fun), Tomb Raider (screen is almost *too* big on this one), Aliens (this game takes sever amounts of artistic license with it's representation of xenomorphs, but the "clack-to-reload" functionality is fun) These games definitely require skill are not all parlor tricks and luck. They are also really fun to play with other people, many of them allow 3 or even 4 players. I also really like the haptic feedback many of these games have. This used to be something only Time Crisis (the first one) had. Now they almost all have it. I love the way the guns feel like they are vibrating and recoiling with every shot. Sit down and move a steering wheel at the screen: Racing games! These also have great haptic feedback. The wheels have delightful amounts of resistance. And some of them even buzz and jostle you when you're attacked by fellow racers. By far the most fun game in this genre is the Mario Kart game. It has a way of making it so all races feel close...even if some players are way more skilled than others. After you walk through all the games, there's a full-service bar and full-service restaurant in the back. On the night I came it was $22 for all-you-can-eat wings and all-you-can-play games. It's a pretty smokin' deal! The wings come out in plates of 5-6 with fries. I got 4 "rounds". Which I'm told is the current record. Would be easy to beat. On an empty stomach, I could probably do 8! The wings were OK. I wish the sauce was a LOT hotter spicy-wise and I wish the wings were more piping-hot temperature-wise. This is probably a result of Anchorage/Alaska's lame liquor laws but, by far, the biggest bummer about DnB's is that you cannot combine your drinking and your gaming. Drinks have to stay in the bar area. This isn't just to keep the arcades from getting beer baths...there are tons of "barcade" joints in the lower 48 that that not only allow you to drink at the games...they encourage it. They'll come up to you and ask if you want "another round" as you are blasting aliens or shooting a blue shell at fools. They build little beer holsters into the machines. Sadly, that's not the case here. It makes it feel like it's two businesses stitched together, rather than one cohesive experience. Unlike other reviewers, I didn't find any fault with the service. The bartenders were very good. Don't buy into the negative hype, if you like videogames...even a little. Give this place a shot. read more

I told my friend he should meet my wife and me there for some food and games, and he was able to bond with his grandson. He was able to get his grandson some Pokémon cards, and made his grandson's day. The waiter was exceptional. The restaurant - blah When you walk in, it is all opening seating. We asked and they said sit anywhere. This worried me a little. True to my worry, we waited about ten minutes for someone to come check on us. I ordered an appetizer AND waited 20 minutes. The lettuce wraps appetizer was tasty and the lettuce crisp. The sauce was a little spicy. But JUST a little. The food came out hot. It was okay. Normal bar food. The buffalo wing sauce was okay. The boneless wings are heavy on the bread and really dry. The garden side salad was nice and big and the sauces that came with the chicken tenders were delightful. We hang bang bang, the chipotle honey mustard, and ranch. There was one other unidentifiable sauce that tasted like a light honey mustard. The service was the main issue. Our server was fastest when the check was on the table. The local beer selection was WEAK. Only two. But the games are a four or five. Lots to choose from. But it is loud. Noisy. Lots of people running around. Running into you sometimes. Bathrooms are in the back. Men. You'll be tempted to hang a left. Go up the hallway below the lighted sign that says "men, women" and hang your left there. read more

After we ate we were so disappointed we just left. Will not be returning till things are improved. We have also been double charged for our visit. Witch I will be taking up with ghe bank if it does not get resolved in the next few days. This is the second time we have. Visited this place for the first time on a Friday about an hour after they opened for the day. We walked in through the entrance closest to the gaming area. Is this the only entrance? Unsure. I was quickly able to notice how clean and new everything looked and smelled. I've been to D&B in Honolulu a few times, and once in Miami. The one here is definitely top tier because of its newness. Staff let us know the bar/eating area was way in the back from where we stood so we started to head over. We could see there were only a few diners. And most of the area was blocked off. There was a sign that said "wait to be seated." We stood there a good 5min. No one came. The worker cleaning off tables looked up at us twice and then back to what he was doing. My spouse suggested we help ourselves to the bar and thank god we did or else we'd be standing at that sign till Kingdom Come. They have the biggest booths I've ever seen here. You can feed very large groups. Off to the side I could see a party room for rent. The bar floor and counters were spotless. The white leather on the bar seats were starting to tear at the edges. Very comfortable bar seats nonetheless. There were numerous TV's at the bar and all around. Huge and high definition just how I like 'em. Our waitress was kind and lovely. She warned us that she was just called in, so she was still trying to set up, but let us know to bother her if we needed something. She definitely knew what she was doing and how to properly give each patron at her bar her equal attention. When it came to ordering we got that initial disappointment when 90% of what we wanted at first, they didn't have. Our waitress mentioned something about getting a supply order wrong or waiting on supplies. They didn't have wings, they couldn't do the fish and chips, they didn't have the supplies to make several of their fancy advertised drinks. We had to think and adapt quickly but were finally able to find a few things we could enjoy. Loved our cocktails. I had the mango/strawberry margarita and my spouse had some sort of Tea. Our 2nd round was hard to come by bc our waitress was in heated talks with a supervisor or manager. But she was very apologetic once she realized we were trying to get her attention. Their Bavarian giant pretzel is definitely giant. It came with two cheese dips. One was interesting. I've never had it before, I almost felt like it had a Mayo base. The Voodoo pasta was good. The sauce was flavorful. Without the chicken that came on top it was mostly veggies, which isn't a bad thing, just an FYI. My spouse ended up having a burger that he said was good. Since they didn't have wings we tried chicken strips with sauce, that was just okay. We were watching a movie right after our lunch (Candyman, 2021 - check it out) so we had to leave quickly. We checked out the bathrooms which had that open communal feel, spacious and clean. This place is beautiful as a whole, but I'm not surprised the reviews are so low. We'll have to watch a game here, maybe bring the kids to play and see how they do during busier times. read more

My wife and I ordered a drink each. ... she then wrote on the receipt $8 tip and in the section where we can edit the tip she occupied the space with "THANKS". In other words she stole from us. Took my friend from out of town there last night to eat and play some games. I'm going to break it down into parts of the experience. Service: worst service I have ever had. We had to order our food from our phone, enter a credit card, and then it made us tip before we were ever served. They forgot one of our drinks. I asked for an additional plate a d cutlery, since there were three of us, and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to bring me one. They never did. I had to go to the hostess, and the additional girl that up front chit chatting, and ask for our missing beer and a plate and silverware. They both rolled their eyes and one of them went to go "work on it" I stood up front by the other people waiting to be seated for several minutes with no plate, no silverware and no beer. Finally went right in front of the hostess and grabbed the plate and silverware from the table right in front of her face. Was unable to log back into our check and change anything it order anything else. I should have known not to tip before being served. Food: it was barely warm when we got it. And cold by the time I was able to get a plate and utensils to eat it. Over priced and not all that tasty. The nachos were ok. The cauliflower was greasy. The hot dog things had a good mustard sauce. Bathrooms: GROSS there was toilet paper strewn all over the place and seat protectors all over the ground too. Several of the stalls were out of toilet paper and several toilets were full of unflushed debris. Saw two employees go in and out of the restroom and no one cleaned anything. Games: GREAT! We had a fun time playing the games. The selection was great and I think possibly discounted last night. My card lasted the whole time and still has credits. The games are the only reason it got two stars. I will never eat there again. Best advice is to eat elsewhere and then go play games. read more

This review is strictly for the sports bar area and not the game room. Despite a number of the negative reviews I have seen for this place, my visit here to catch a football game and a bite to eat was very enjoyable. This Dave and Busters is a fairly new addition to the mall which is located next to the Regal Cinemas and occupies a significant amount of retail space where failed businesses have come and gone over the years. The sports bar section is massive and spaciously laid out with a long bar counter in front of three rows of large TV screens airing every game available. The restaurant is well accommodated with TV screens surrounding the entire wall regardless of where you decide to sit. An easel with a temporary marker board displayed in the main hallway shows a detailed layout of which game is airing on a certain screen by number. I decided to seat myself at one of the central tables with a clear view of the screens in the restaurant area. The servers here were cordial and gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I sat down. My waitress immediately took my drink order and handed me a menu to peruse over before I decided on what to eat. A few minutes passed after studying the menu and she quickly approached me. I decided to focus on an "appetizer" meal for the game with Garlic Parmesan Cheese Curds to start and Avocado Toast with Mexican Street Corn during halftime. Unlike other reviews, the wait was a reasonable time although I was in no hurry while enjoying the game. When the cheese curds arrived, they came in a basket piled high with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and a large cup of marinara sauce on the side. These were delicious especially with the strong garlic flavor mixed in with the cheese. The Avocado Toast was good with the Mexican corn piled on each piece and a slice of red onion for added flavor. The cheese curds were a clear winner between the two and something I would order again when I come back to watch football. The game room was a sight to behold with screaming kids and stressed-out parents running in every direction. A lot of the games were based off of TV game shows and popular series like The Walking Dead. I cannot comment on this part of the establishment since my gaming knowledge ended after the PS2 years. However, there were some old-school games like Skee-ball that brought back memories of Chuck E. Cheese back in the 80's especially cheating by standing on the rail and dropping them in the 100pt. hole when no employee was looking...(haha, memories). Aside from that, this is an ideal place to catch the game on Sundays amidst the noise of rabid fans cheering on their team or the devastated cries of the kids when they realize they have no more money to play games. read more

Armando was a really kool bartender. Me and the wife really enjoyed this place. Came in about midnight, seen the 2 yellow stars but decided to give this place a try anyways. The pepperoni flatbed pizza was awesome and so were the mini dogs!!!! read more
