Found Vants Sytems on yelp so I figure out to give them a call. spoke to Derick which he was super nice very knowledgeable answered all my questions give me lots of recommendation, I was also looking for a new system similar to the one we have is to install it at our new location, he actually gave me a very fair price ,the good part here he ask me what features I was looking for and give me a new recommendation to a different system that will give me what I looking for for half the price ( he doesn't even sell that system)That's how honest he was. Going back to programming the handset to our phone system I called him on Friday I was Kind needed an immediate assistance it was kind of hard since it was the same day call for him to get me a quick appointment but he said wait a minute put me on hold for a minute came back with hey I can send you a tech to your store in 15 minutes!!!!! WOW that's what I call customer service. Sure enough 15 minutes later I had Bill which he seems to be knowing what he is doing ( he is been doing that for only 30 years LOL) working into it. I called into their customer line and the representative was incredibly helpful. He immediately got down to the bottom of things. He reset the internet and the speeds are back to lightning fast again (1671 Mbps download speed and 1288 Mbps upload speed). It turns out the Eero 6 extenders aren't compatible with their Eero 7 equipment and there was a software update that needed to take place. I'm hoping that by replacing my old version 6 extenders with their new version 7 extenders that the issue will permanently resolve itself. I also cleared my cache/cookies and switched from Safari to Chrome. As long as my internet stays this fast I will be a very happy camper. So far I am very pleased the issue was resolved this quickly and efficiently.

I contacted customer service multiple times and instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I was repeatedly told that I "have to use their router." That is simply not true. Customers are allowed to use their own compatible routers. Being told otherwise felt dismissive and misleading. I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. The speeds have not matched the advertised service, and the customer support experience has been very disappointing.

Finally figured out how these guys work. They are a "re-seller" of services. They don't do anything…read morebut INSERT themselves in between a business and service (internet, phone, telecom, etc). Long story very short: let's say you want internet service. ITS goes to Spectrum to obtain a wholesale/reseller rate, let's say $69 per month. Then, they charge the business $250 or more per month. Why such a markup? They claim to provide 'white glove' service. If they did, great! However, my experience has been 'regular' service. One last thing: they lock you into a 3-year contract and you have to pay "taxes". The trick here is that the taxes include junk fees. For example, if you have phone and internet thru them and your bill is about $300 per month, you will pay an additional 30% in these secret taxes. The worst part? Your locked in the contract! So, you have to pay it or else they threaten to charge you the full 3-year contract and take you to court. Hope this helps you. My personal experience can hopefully help others.
