We run a logistics company and need fast, reliable internet with a static IP address. Here's why we picked Geolink: 1) Their installers are professional and know exactly what they're doing. The setup is always smooth and stress-free. 2) Their service is reliable. In the past 10 years, the internet only went down once--and that was during a windy day back when we were in Rancho Cucamonga. 3) The internet speed is always fast and stable. 4) Their tech support is helpful and easy to reach when we need them. Overall, Geolink has been a great partner with excellent service and support. I highly recommend them to other businesses. Thanks for keeping us connected for the past 10 years. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. Image below: We have been hitting speeds like this consistently for several days. We called in a ticket and Geolinks promised dispatch which has never called. So another bad Yelp review and we are pretty much fed up. For this image I removed our IP Address and test IDs for privacy but the speeds are exactly what we are seeing .

This review is long overdue, as I was at the store back in September 2025. I'm giving 3 stats…read morebecause I want to rant about the poor staffing and rave about the great service. I was there to get a new iPhone 17 shortly after they were released, and while there were at least three people there for the same thing each time I went, there was only one employee staffed. The appointment I had made meant nothing because it was ultimately first come first serve. I left and came back on two separate days in hopes of not having to wait hours. Finally, I sucked it up and waited my turn. Cam (Camden) was the man on duty, and he was a rockstar. He was able to help me and my older father while alternating between two other customers at the same time. He was incredibly efficient and friendly despite what seemed like a hectic situation. I so appreciated Cam's patience and help. My only complaint is regarding the staffing, as Verizon should have been able to anticipate more customers, and therefore the need for more staff, when a new iPhone is being released.

I constantly read the negative feedback about Spectrum. People saying they don't get good service,…read moreor the internet, home phone & mobile service stinks. I can't speak for everyone but I disagree with their comments. I don't have those problems. Many years ago, they bought out the contract I had with AT&T. I consider AT&T the worst when it comes to customer service & their plans. U-Verse was the best until AT&T put me with Direct TV, which they unfortunately own. The service went downhill. I was constantly talking to AT&T reps from India who had no clue what they were doing. AT&T loves to raise prices within a month or two. Always telling me they're upgrading their TV & Internet service. I constantly had to fight with them to agree with the contract they put me in. Adding junk channels I don't watch or understand. Towards the end of my relationship with them, they put me on a new two-year contract instead of one. Then they threatened to fine me if I left. Spectrum saved me from them & paid the AT&T contract off. AT&T still tries to ask me to rejoin them, I refuse & decline as they haven't changed how they serve their customers. I've been with Spectrum for many years. I used to have their TV service. But once the contract was up, the prices slowly went up. That's when I switched to YouTube TV. I have an Android box & can download many apps that offer free TV and movies. I only have Spectrum internet & home phone. The home phone service I rarely use because I use mostly my smartphone. The internet on the other hand, is great. Spectrum gave me a free upgrade internet box. My download speeds are now around 350mbps. To me that's faster than the previous. There are outages. But who doesn't get those? I don't complain. Also understand, your devices must be able to handle the download speeds. If you have old TVs, internet boxes, phones, tablets, PCs, laptops, gaming consoles, etc., they won't get the same speeds as the new boxes & equipment. So if you get a chance, upgrade your stuff, so you'll get the internet or mobile speeds you're paying for. I came to this location hoping to lower the Spectrum price. Recently, they raised the price on my monthly bill by ten dollars. The reps gave me a promotion which lowered the price from 15 to 20 dollars for one year. I was very happy. New internet companies are moving into Simi Valley, so while I wait for them, I'll be sticking to Spectrum. In the end, I get great customer service from this location. I can't speak for everyone, but from my experience, it's been superb so far. I get fantastic internet speeds & phone service with no problems. I'd rather be with Spectrum over AT&T. If I have to speak to someone over the phone, at least the reps are here in America & not in India. I never want to return to AT&T. They still provide slow internet speeds, they still break their own contracts by raising monthly prices & then tell their customers the prices go up because of upgrades. Spectrum at least is more reliable than them in my opinion. I'm staying with Spectrum.

I indicated I'm working from home and needed it now. They said shipping would take 2-3 business days; that was not satisfactory. I said send a tech with the equipment. They said it'll take a couple of days to set up an appointment. I suggested that I pick up the equipment at the Simi Valley Town Center. They said great idea. Why do I need to find the solution?! When I returned the equipment, I questioned why my rate went significantly higher. To reduce the cost the store manager offered a promo that included Internet and an additional line I didn't want or needed. They guaranteed $60 would cover same Internet service and an additional line. To my utter shock, they billed me $75 for the Internet and an additional $30 for a line I never wanted nor needed. I returned the equipment but they wouldn't cancel the services and that I would be billed $105 regardless and only the store manager can reverse the charge and I would have to go back to the store to discuss. I left my number for the store manager to call and reverse the charge. I have no faith so I went on line and canceled all services. I was a 14 year loyal customer.

I called into their customer line and the representative was incredibly helpful. He immediately got down to the bottom of things. He reset the internet and the speeds are back to lightning fast again (1671 Mbps download speed and 1288 Mbps upload speed). It turns out the Eero 6 extenders aren't compatible with their Eero 7 equipment and there was a software update that needed to take place. I'm hoping that by replacing my old version 6 extenders with their new version 7 extenders that the issue will permanently resolve itself. I also cleared my cache/cookies and switched from Safari to Chrome. As long as my internet stays this fast I will be a very happy camper. So far I am very pleased the issue was resolved this quickly and efficiently.

I contacted customer service multiple times and instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I was repeatedly told that I "have to use their router." That is simply not true. Customers are allowed to use their own compatible routers. Being told otherwise felt dismissive and misleading. I requested that a technician come out to check or replace the modem since the service clearly is not performing as advertised. I was then told I would have to pay $150 for a technician visit. Why should I pay to fix equipment or service that is not delivering what I am already paying for? On top of that, customer service was extremely frustrating. Communication was difficult, and resolving anything felt impossible. There was no ownership of the issue and no real attempt to fix the problem. After this experience, I have decided to switch providers. I would strongly recommend researching other options before signing up. The speeds have not matched the advertised service, and the customer support experience has been very disappointing.
