Was not a huge deal to me, but is simply unprofessional and sketchy that it was not. 2. this "Michael" is obviously not a true professional in the printing industry. After hiring another company to complete the job properly, I learned that the product Michael provided me was basically worthless. In conclusion, I was mislead and taken advantage of. I sought out a knowledgeable professional to help me with a project as an outsider to the industry. Unfortunately, I did not find this here.

NOT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CLEANED the stuff i asked for (which was agreed to in messaging) and no one's been in the home! they refused any partial refund and were insulting, clearly don't care about customer service. i highly recommend seeking other reputable companies for your future cleaning needs.

I wouldn't recommend Reliant Cleaning to anyone. Graham came and did a walk-through of our…read morebusiness, and gave us a set price for regular cleanings once a week, and agreed that the cleanings would take place after business hours. On the first day of our cleaning, the cleaner came 30 minutes early, flustered, and unprepared to complete the full scope of work that Graham outlined in our contract. She used our vacuum cleaner, which doesn't work very well, and did not wipe down all of the surfaces. I emailed Graham, asking that she use her own vacuum, and remember to wipe the surfaces down. He apologized, and said that she is supposed to use her own supplies and that he would make sure she would in the future. For the next 3 weeks, the surfaces were never dusted or wiped down, the carpets were vacuumed by our own vacuum, causing it to break. The hard floors were never swept or mopped as indicated in our contract, trash liners were not placed in our garbage cans, and the bathroom was never cleaned. Ruth (the cleaner) always came early, interrupting meetings and operations. Graham was very difficult to reach, and very rarely called me or emailed me back. Once we terminated our contract, Ruth came to return our key, and began lambasting our owner about how we didn't pay her enough. She said that the person who hired her (not Graham) told her that all she had to do was vacuum and take the trash out. So it seems that she was subcontracted out by someone else. She kept accusing us of being cheap and unfair to her- and we required too much work for what she was getting paid. I have no idea who was paying her- but our contract was with Graham and Reliant Cleaning. I emailed Graham and told him how unprofessional it was for his cleaner to criticize us for not paying her enough. And of course, he did not reply. Very shady business practices. Terrible response time, if any response. Hardly any cleaning actually took place.

They are a print shop, but they also have a mail house, making them the one-stop place to send direct mail without having a coronary. And, best of all, they're union! And, when they did make a mistake- they were printing our programs and their machines failed the night before our biggest event- they fixed it. They made no excuses. They were hugely apologetic, and our rep drove our programs to the hotel himself. Progressive organizations/nonprofits/campaigns- give these people business!
