Very timely and seems helpful enough. BUT my one star came down to: 1. the work I ordered should have been under a 3M warranty and it was not. Was not a huge deal to me, but is simply unprofessional and sketchy that it was not. 2. this "Michael" is obviously not a true professional in the printing industry. After hiring another company to complete the job properly, I learned that the product Michael provided me was basically worthless. In conclusion, I was mislead and taken advantage of. I sought out a knowledgeable professional to help me with a project as an outsider to the industry. Unfortunately, I did not find this here. read more

Zodiac was amazing to work with and their products are even better than we could have anticipated. We ordered an industrial tent as we are sponsoring and hosting events all summer. As someone who had never designed anything like this before, I gave them a kind of a generic idea of what I had in mind and their team of designers really brought my vision to life. Always heard back by the next business day on changes to designs, Jammie was great at communicating the wants and needs to the design team and keeping us updated on what was going on. They had our tent to us within a week of finalizing the design, just in time for our first even of the year. Established in 2014.

We opened up shop in 2014, yet brought a collective 20 years of event marketing experience to the table through our customer focused team. Recognizing that there was a need for competitively priced signage coupled with top shelf quality, we sought out new products and partners to create a suite of product offerings that could compete against the big box providers in our industry. Being both agile and unwaveringly customer centric has allowed us to stand apart from the rest of the pack. Adopting a consultative approach to event marketing has led us to view every client as a valued relationship rather than just a transaction. To sum, we love what we do, and strive to make ourselves available at all times!

Zodiac Event Displays was started by Michael Demchak, an industry veteran with over a decade of event marketing experience. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wayne State University, and both an M.B.A. and M.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

CJ Kard in Colorado Springs is a retailer of L.O. products, and we were fortunate to have recently ordered some Save The Date cards through them. We were brain-fried after going through page after page of designs by some large corporate stationers/printers. After some discussion, CJ Kard realized we might be interested in an in-state printer who dabbled in being "green" - and L.O. was introduced. We were super excited to discover that L.O. offers a variety of paper stock with at least 30% PCW up to 100%, and their website details other Earth-good practices. We loved how all the stationery was customizable, but the cheapest way to go is to stick with existing designs and layouts. The first proof is free. Within three days after putting in our order and including the photo we wanted them to use, L.O. sent an electronic proof. We made a minor adjustment, and 7 days later, our cards arrived! They turned out better than I expected - they even look better than the proof! The colors are wonderful, the designs are crisp, and I love the feel of the paper. L.O. included envelopes for the number of cards we ordered and threw in a couple extra cards as keepsakes. After all was said and done with CJ Kard taking their share of the profits and Uncle Sam taking his, our SaveTheDates ended up being $1.48/card. We're so pleased that we're going to try to do our invitations with L.O., too. So if you want to send unique Christmas postcards, party invitations, announcements, wedding stationery made by a Colorado company, I highly recommend you find a retailer that works with Lucky Onion!

We put on a large (6000 person) annual fundraiser and we have used Michael and Zodiac for over 8 years. We've asked them to create everything from small signs to enormous banners and, this year, a giant inflatable tent. Their signage has always been professional, super high quality and they've worked with us on some REALLY tight deadlines We tell them what we need and they always seem to come up with the best solutions. They are extremely helpful with setting everything up and great about making sure we don't leave anything behind after the event has ended. I couldn't begin to say enough great things about my experience working with Zodiac. I got referred by a mutual contact and I absolutely lucked out with getting sent this way. We were in a bit of a tough spot with needing a tent in a very short time frame. Not only did Zodiac deliver in the tight timetable (saving us big time!), Michael delivered top notch customer service, a high quality finished product and very competitive pricing. Jammie came to our location to show us several different options; she showed up on time, gave us the pros and cons of each option, had pricing ready, and promised a time line. I started a BBQ business and Zodiac did the tents we use for catering events, farmers markets, etc. Michael was super friendly and helpful through the whole process, it really couldn't have been any easier. And the tents themselves are fantastic! They're a really solid, heavy duty product but can be set up or taken down with just one person. I worked with Jammie from Zodiac on a rush basis for banners and other signs for the PGA show. I was skeptical in part because their prices were very reasonable. Zodiac delivered as promised. The banners and signs arrived exactly the day before the show as promised and their products were first class.
