I probably don't have to tell anyone that finding a quality firm to perform this service is challenging, and prices are all over the board. It's also difficult to know what you're going to get at the end of the day. I was fortunate to have found Elevation Creation through my referral network. After I called EC and gave them an overview of what we were looking for, they followed with a face-to-face visit. They came with examples of projects they'd done relevant to what we were looking for. The quickly established credibility and readily offered references (which were from long-term delighted customers). When the work started, the EC team provided excellent communication throughout the process and the first draft was very close to what we described to them. Edits during the fine-tuning process were handled promptly. When our updated site went live, there were no glitches and the roll-out was essentially seamless. EC had taken all the necessary steps behind the scenes to ensure this would happen. Finally, EC came out shortly after the roll-out and provided training so that we can modify/add-to our content ourselves, with EC always in the background ready to help with any significant updates. The fee for services was a significant value for what we received, and we are delighted with the outcome. We've been involved with/are familiar with other sources for these services; none of which come close to EC. The team at EC are professionals who know their business well and more importantly, know how to listen to their customer. If you are in the market for web design and related services, you need to reach out to Elevation Creation. Highly recommended.

I'm a…read moregraphic designer working on several large-scale projects for our corporate office, and Toby helped bring some very ambitious ideas to life. We worked together on multiple installations, including custom frost on a 20-foot boardroom window, vinyl for a feature wall with a custom image, and a massive 20x15-foot dimensional wall installation made with wood and acrylic panels. It was a complex project, but Toby -- who is an artist himself -- truly understood the creative vision and helped guide the process. He personally came on-site multiple times to measure, test materials, and make sure everything was executed perfectly. He also worked thoughtfully within our budget while still helping us achieve a really high-end, custom result. The finished installations look amazing, and everyone in the office is thrilled with the outcome. Huge thank you to the whole team, including Heath, the fantastic designer, who helped make everything come together seamlessly. We already plan to hire Colorado Signs and Wrap again for several more large-scale projects. If you're looking for a team that cares about craftsmanship, collaboration, and quality, you absolutely need to hire Colorado Signs and Wrap.

Update: The day after I posted my original review, Ivan…read morecontacted me via text to let me know that my shirts were ready and that he would be happy to drive the order to me. I really appreciated the effort but truth be told, my house is really close to his office (which Ivan was aware of) so it wasn't much of a gesture. No one was home so I never saw Ivan in person during this exchange. Sadly, after waiting almost two months for this minor shirt order, the shirts were the entirely wrong material and not what we wanted at all. :/ At this point, I let Ivan know that we would just take the shirts "as is" and not try to reorder. I was saddened by the lack of true customer service here. Ivan was shown the exact material that we wanted (fly fishing shirts) and instead managed to order shirts that needed to be laundered. Mistakes happen but we brought in two examples of what we wanted and we were very clear about the material needed. Instead of taking any responsibility, he offered excuses (print shop is running behind, our office is short staffed, distributors sent different material than I ordered). In reality, a sincere apology would have gone a long way. I don't even blame Ivan. I just don't think he was taught anything in the way of customer service. He seemed genuinely surprised that I was disappointed. Prior to posting any of this, I left a message for the general manager (Joe) and he never bothered to call me back. I was hoping to fix things instead of posting a negative review. Oh well. Perhaps this review will encourage them to focus on their customer service skills in the future with others. Only bright spot was the receptionist (Amy) who was always pleasant. Will not be back. Ever.
