We Started a Business development project with Phases about 13 months ago. When we got the quote it was a hefty price tag but we thought for sure it would be worth with all that they promised. The time frame for this job was to be 3 months. As you can see the job was 10 months late. The quality of work was very poor. Our web layout was taken from a web template that was found online. Our logo was very poorly done. in the end we never got our business cards, nor our investor kits. The owner Kandra was very quick to cash our check when the work was not even close to be done we were told that it was all on it way and if we wanted to get we need to pay her. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem. They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).
