Never late, never cancel, I always get a reminder text the day before. The work itself is very very good. My mother was a professional cleaner so my standards are high. They do a great job getting all the little nooks and crannies and have memorized where we like things. We have a few places we prefer not to be touched, and they always respect that. It's the attention to detail that keeps me truly happy. They also navigate around my cats really well. Thank you so much to clean co for helping me keep my sanity with my busy schedule. NOT WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CLEANED the stuff i asked for (which was agreed to in messaging) and no one's been in the home! they refused any partial refund and were insulting, clearly don't care about customer service. i highly recommend seeking other reputable companies for your future cleaning needs.

They put clean sheets on the bed and it always looks better than when I make it myself. They add little touches such as flourishes on the tissues, TP, and paper towels, and often fold the bath towels in a decorative manner. The extra touches make me smile every time they come. Recently, they arrived to do my cleaning and one of them found me on the back porch, shyly asking if my elderly husband had passed away. I said yes, earlier this week, and she was sad and expressed her condolences. It was very sweet. My dog and I stayed out of their way so they could clean without us being underfoot. After they left, I came into the kitchen and found that one of the cleaners had run an errand. They left a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sympathy note on my kitchen counter. It was very touching, and I was overwhelmed by their kindness. A lot of companies can send housecleaners. Not everyone sends people who care. Thank you, Cynthia and Rocio.

Graham came and did a walk-through of our…read morebusiness, and gave us a set price for regular cleanings once a week, and agreed that the cleanings would take place after business hours. On the first day of our cleaning, the cleaner came 30 minutes early, flustered, and unprepared to complete the full scope of work that Graham outlined in our contract. She used our vacuum cleaner, which doesn't work very well, and did not wipe down all of the surfaces. I emailed Graham, asking that she use her own vacuum, and remember to wipe the surfaces down. He apologized, and said that she is supposed to use her own supplies and that he would make sure she would in the future. For the next 3 weeks, the surfaces were never dusted or wiped down, the carpets were vacuumed by our own vacuum, causing it to break. The hard floors were never swept or mopped as indicated in our contract, trash liners were not placed in our garbage cans, and the bathroom was never cleaned. Ruth (the cleaner) always came early, interrupting meetings and operations. Graham was very difficult to reach, and very rarely called me or emailed me back. Once we terminated our contract, Ruth came to return our key, and began lambasting our owner about how we didn't pay her enough. She said that the person who hired her (not Graham) told her that all she had to do was vacuum and take the trash out. So it seems that she was subcontracted out by someone else. She kept accusing us of being cheap and unfair to her- and we required too much work for what she was getting paid. I have no idea who was paying her- but our contract was with Graham and Reliant Cleaning. I emailed Graham and told him how unprofessional it was for his cleaner to criticize us for not paying her enough. And of course, he did not reply. Very shady business practices. Terrible response time, if any response. Hardly any cleaning actually took place.
