We walked 15min from our campsite at Carpinteria state beach campground. Pretty great local coffee spot. Customer service appropriate. Enjoyed our hot mochas with its cute design. They warmed up our ham and cheese croissant . Seating outside and saw a few people working from their laptops inside, nice ambiance for it.

We drove up from Ventura because friends told us this coffeehouse was wonderful. Dart did not disappoint. Our Mocha and Latte were so delicious, we were sad when our cup was empty. We must return soon!

Mostly vibe, little substance in the coffee. The place is beautiful and modern. Live plants and floral arrangements are inside and outside. However I'm even with an American coffee, it tasted like a watery light roast coffee. It was boring and took such a long time to be ready, although my coffee was nothing more than a classic coffee was a splash of oat milk. The people are friendly, the dessert roll I got was delicious. But to me of a basic coffee isn't good, then I would be thrilled to order anything else. It is a lovely place to hangout though.

This is one of the newer stores downtown. the inside is gorgeous and super clean. drinks are pretty standard, but still yummy.

Linden Square patio.

Tried the chai latte and it was fabulous. Nice & spicy and tasted like homemade, not your usual syrupy chai. They also sell cookies from Renaud's bakery. Even though this was a launch day, the service was great. I spent time on a comfy sofa in the beautiful courtyard next to the fountain. It's was great. And Yum. The cookie. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Absolutely loved this cafe, the staff was friendly and helpful and happy to be there…read more The drinks were amazing, sadly genetics have decided that milk is actively trying to kill me so I have to drink alt milks like oat or almond, this place makes their own fresh alt milks daily and it's like nothing else I have tried, it doesn't feel like a second thought it is genuinely good. And it's a such a cute little cafe and a quiet town, we have been itching to go back ever since, to try more of their food items and of course get more coffee :).

I was excited to try this cafe with my friends after seeing that it had many positive Yelp reviews,…read morebut I was severely disappointed in the taste of my drink and in the service throughout our visit. Though the shop was cute, clean, and had a lovely covered patio outside, I wouldn't recommend it for those stopping by for coffee on road trips. I got a seasonal spring drink called the Irish Cream Mocha and asked for it iced. Unfortunately, it just tasted like chocolate milk. Now, I like a good chocolate milk, but not when I paid for a specialty flavored mocha! I didn't detect an Irish cream flavor or even a hint of mocha. As a latte, it was way too milky and lacked the depth of an espresso drink. Contrary to its description on the menu, it wasn't balanced at all. How misleading. My friend tried one of the craft energy drinks, and it looked pretty, but she said that it was flat and tasted kinda meh. She also got a visually-appealing soda, which apparently tasted much better compared to the energy drink. Another friend ordered the seasonal Dulce de Leche Latte, and she mentioned that it was a bit too light-tasting as a latte. That checks out since my mocha also seemed like it was missing the coffee component haha. Her latte did taste like a caramelly drink made with actual dulce de leche, but she didn't appreciate that the "light" dusting of cinnamon was more like a heaping teaspoon of it thrown into the drink. We noticed that our receipts showed a higher price than what was printed on the menus. We only found out after paying and reviewing the receipts that they charge $0.75 for making drinks iced. We weren't informed of this charge by any of the ladies at the registers upon ordering, and we didn't see any signs stating that iced drinks would incur an additional charge. No explanation anywhere. Another thing that threw me off was when a certain barista handed off the completed drinks in the pickup area. She wasn't wearing gloves, and I don't think she washed her hands in-between tasks, but she was placing the drinks onto the counter while holding them by the top part, aka the lid from where people drink! I was shocked at how unbothered she was while doing that, as if that's how she was trained, or she was never corrected.

The food and honey are fresh and delicious, and their honey hand balm is soft and deeply moisturizing. Their staff are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet and you can tell how passionate they are about the business and making a positive impact on their community. At one point they noticed I didn't get my order in time, and brought out an extra slice to thank me for my patience, which goes to show their attention to making their customers happy and quickly correcting any mistakes. Food was extra fresh and absolutely delicious. Pepperoni Pizza - 5/5. Soft sourdough crust and mini pepperoni cups. Salad - 5/5. Fresh. Croutons and ranch made in house. Cookies - 5/5. Peanut butter chuck and chocolate chip cookies were perfectly chunky. Hot Honey - 5/5. Extra spicy (and when I say spicy, I mean spicy), and goes well with the pizza! Looking forward to stopping by their brick and mortar location soon, and trying their Tri Tip sandwich!

For those who are familiar with the show Schitt's Creek, I would compare Lost & Found to Rose Apothecary. Instead of David and Patrick, you have two sisters named Susan and Patty who warmly welcome you in. While one could describe it as a 'general store,' others would think it isn't so 'general'. It is a communal coffee shop in that making that hopes to allow everyone to "come in and find themselves." The ultimate goal is to be open seven days a week selling a wide variety of things, including: -Specialty dark roast French coffee with milk -Freshly made goodies (including chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and an assortment of chocolate-dipped ginger, apricots and more) -Home decor and products (lotions, candles, fragrances) -Locally made art pieces, stationery and more! You can't help but notice the space's focal point of a gorgeous tropical-framed painting or all the local art that yells "Carpinteria!" I am truly excited to see this business grow and expand with the plans to have outdoor seating--particularly during these difficult times.

We sat down in an efficient manner. Two tables sat down either side of us after us. One table got their food and was done and gone, before we even got our food. The other table also got their food before we even ordered. By the time our food did come, three of the dishes, which were hot dishes, were all served cold. Cold eggs, and cold corned beef hash. I had spoken to the hostess twice about helping us out, but to know avail. Finally, our son had to leave. Five minutes later my wife and mother-in-law left, and I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a check. The waitress said she would give us a discount but then she just took off and after a few more minutes I just left cash for the bill. I get restaurants being busy on a holiday like Mother's Day, but cold food? And zero response from any part of the staff? We have been coming here for over 20 years for Mother's Day. The service used to be great, they used to give free champagne to the mothers, it's now making Denny's look really good. We will never be back.
