I also ordered the Salted Brûlée Cà Phẽ coffee. Very traditional coffee. Their take on cà phê muối - Vietnamese salted coffee! Strong and balanced. The mosaic cake had bits of biscoff cookie mixed into the cake (which is why looks like a mosaic) and it had crushed biscoff cookies on the top sides of the triangular cake. The chocolate mosaic cake had a thick texture, similar to softer version of fudge, and the biscoff cookie added a nice crunch, with each bite.
