We recently engaged PM Landscaping for a significant paver and hardscape project, and I wanted to share our experience. We collected detailed estimates from four companies. Paolo's bid came in on the higher end, but we selected PM Landscaping for reasons that proved exactly right. From the first conversation, Paolo and his team were unusually responsive -- to our questions, our ideas, and the nuances of a historic property like ours. Finding a contractor whose design sensibility actually fits a century-old estate isn't easy. Paolo understood that immediately. We also had a tight window -- work had to be completed between event seasons -- and Paolo gave us the highest degree of confidence he could deliver on time. He also offered the best integrated approach to tying the new hardscape into parallel garden improvements, which mattered a lot to us. The result: on time, on budget, and beautifully executed. The finished work looks like it's been part of the property for decades -- exactly what you want on a historic estate. Every member of his crew -- including Roselyn and Julio -- was professional and considerate throughout. That matters on a property like ours. I would not hesitate to work with Paolo again, and I recommend PM Landscaping without reservation to anyone seeking resort-grade hardscape and landscaping work.

I will definitely be reaching out again when I'm ready for Phase 2!

We reside in a fantastic location (this doesn't escape me, we are super fortunate), but the threat of wildfires looms large, and gone are days where it's just a few-month issue, but a constant hazard throughout the year. I've already developed a comprehensive fire safety plan, but I believe expanding our DMZ firebreak, as it were, would be a prudent move all things considered (thx Gavin). While we take great pride in handling all the tasks ourselves around the property, I decided to call in some muscle (forestry equipment) in this instance for a day with Tope's Tree Service to see what they could accomplish. Their efforts exceeded my expectations, and I was a little like a kid by the dodgems wanting a go! After seeing what was there, a skid steer and a drum mulcher wouldn't have been effective with the terrain and the density of vegetation. I dare say I could have accomplished this task over a month or so with an ATV, chainsaw, chipper, Tickshield, and plenty of IvyX. However, the expertise of an experienced operator and the power of a specialized machine proved to be far more efficient and effective in just a single day. Get the right tools for the right application... hmmm, a good lesson for work and play I posit ! Great Job, highly recommended, had interactions at all levels of the business and couldn't fault their professionalism, integrity or end results Video here - https://youtu.be/968jDUhEHUA?si=MTdBpacnbl8wlknW

I had a large oak tree in my front yard. It had become diseased and was in the process of dying. An arborist confirmed that the tree should be approved to be removed. The City of PG granted me a permit to have the tree removed. I called several tree removal companies to get bids on the project. This company was much more attentive to my questions the was the easiest and most professional to create a plan with. Today their crew came right on time, were exceptionally polite and had the tree removed, the stump ground out and everything cleaned up in only a few hours of time. They know what they are doing. I would absolutely use their services again.
