We were quoted nearly DOUBLE what Velasco quoted us. Chris came out within 24 hours, walked the property with us and was able to provide a clear plan of action. He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes. Chris is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to reach out again a few weeks later just to make sure the grass was growing in.
