He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes.
