When I went to pick it up, one of the staff members kindly pointed out that they actually have a drink called snowy jasmine, which is basically the same as what I ordered. Since my order came out to around $12, she patiently explained everything to me and even helped process a refund, then reordered it for me as the Snowy Jasmine instead. I ended up saving a couple of dollars, which I really appreciated. It might not seem like a big amount, but the fact that she took the time to let me know and help me fix the order really stood out.
