    Excellent customer service from the moment I walked until I drove out with a new car. Smooth, concise experience working with Sam Kim who helped me to find exactly what was looking for. Ebi in finance explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Couldn't be happier. Would absolutely send friends and family here. The ambiance in the newly renovated space is beautiful and fresh. Really fantastic experience all around.

    I got a really nice used Lexus come with a darcars assurance package. Go with Talbot Layne if you want some good deal. You'll love your car and your sale person.

    I don't really know where to begin. My car was stolen on July 21st 2024. I have a LoJack on my car so I personally was able to recover my car myself from DC. Of course the passenger rear window was broken, along with the computer dashboard sensor off because they used a kill switch to duplicate the fob and start the engine. GEICO told me to take my car to the dealership to get the repairs done. I bought the car from Passport Toyota but they instructed me that a Lexus dealership would need to fix the computer modular era. I chose Darcar because it was the closest Lexus dealership compared to the one in Annapolis. I dropped my car off on July 23rd, explaining the details and letting them know the insurance adjuster would be out to see them. A week later on July 30th the insurance adjuster texted me asking me how was my car. I called him to let him know I had not heard from the dealership in reference to my car. I called the dealership once I got off the phone with him. I was instructed they were waiting on approval from the dealership. I was like how is that when the insurance adjuster just asked me how was my car and said he had approved everything when he came out to see my car on July 24th. I noticed my LoJack isn't working for some reason so I let them know that. On August 3rd on a Saturday I get a car from the collision department letting me know they had my car to do the repairs to the body and they needed my signature in order to begin. I told them they'll get it on Monday because Saturday I was away from a computer and scanner. On Monday after asking them a few questions about the forms, we went back and forth and I sent the form attached to the last email I sent. On Thursday I get a call from the insurance adjuster and collision department saying they needed the form, in which I stated I signed it on Monday. They swore they never received it but I was like all 3 of the emails attached didn't receive it and we were corresponding before my last one. I resent it and cc'd the insurance adjuster and finally they received this one. Now my car was with the collision department until August 27th in which they had to take it back to the service department to reactivate my LoJack. Now all of this time I am past my 30 days of rental in which I'm coming out of pocket for on top of paying my regular car note and my deductible. I constantly call because I want my car. I've finally called back in which at the last minute I'm told I can come get my vehicle. Now I scramble to drop off the rental and go pick up my car so that I am not charged another day for the rental. I go pick up my car in which they made an extra key but the back was missing to it, my gas in my car is completely empty, I crawl to the gas station praying it doesn't cut off. On top of that a few days later my maintenance required light comes on. I can see that while my car was at the dealership the warning light came on, on August 22nd. In which they saw it and could of easily just fixed it being as though I have the maintenance warranty with my car. I had the worst service experience with this dealership here. Right now I am right back where I bought the car from getting it serviced. Had my car from 7/23/24-8/27/24 for a broken window, minor scratches on the car, and the computer modular error. The lack of care was very evident here to me. I won't be coming back.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I had one of the worst…read moredealership experiences I've ever dealt with, involving the following "managers" Paul Angel, Rob Buaynstein, Jason Buts, and Mussa Fowl. I live in Virginia and went through the full process of purchasing a vehicle from this Maryland dealership in good faith. Here's what happened: * I contacted the dealership about a specific vehicle and was told multiple times they expected me to come purchase it. * I paid out of pocket to have a mechanic drive 40 minutes to inspect the vehicle before buying. * I repeatedly asked to place a deposit or hold on the car, but was told they "don't hold vehicles due to corporate policy." Despite that, they continued to tell me things like "see you tomorrow" and prepared me as if the deal was happening. On Friday morning: * They had me submit a credit application (which I was told would be a soft pull, but it turned into a hard inquiry). * They sent me a signed buyer's order with the VIN and price, which I submitted to my credit union. * My credit union approved the loan and issued a check payable directly to the dealership for the full amount. * I sent them proof of the check, and they told me to come pick up the car that same day. While I was literally on the way (3 hours out), after sending them the check confirmation: * They informed me someone else was coming to look at the vehicle. * Then told me whether the car sold was "above my pay grade." * Shortly after, they sold the vehicle to someone else. When I called to resolve the situation, I was given the runaround by multiple managers: * I was told the check "doesn't hold the car" * They claimed someone else "was already in the system" * And ultimately said they were no longer selling it to me The call ended abruptly with no resolution. Key issues: * Misleading communication throughout the entire process * Hard credit inquiry after being told it would be soft * Sending a signed buyer's order, then backing out after financing was secured * Accepting proof of payment and telling me to come in, then selling the car anyway * Complete lack of professionalism from management Bottom line: I spent money on a mechanic inspection, took a credit hit, secured financing, and drove hours based on their word--only to have the vehicle sold out from under me at the last minute. This dealership does not honor its commitments and does not operate in good faith. Proceed with extreme caution.

It helps to know their approach upfront - no negotiation, no hassle or high pressure. Was interested in and test drove a 2010 Toyota Camry that was exactly as advertised and pictured on their Web site and was immaculately detailed. They had absolutely no issue with me taking it to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, which it passed with flying colors. My dealings with KAS spanned a Friday and Monday, so I ended up dealing with both Rick and Henry. I received courteous, informed attention from both. Have had the car for almost a month and it has been great. This is a small-scale operation with a carefully selected inventory. If you are in the market for a used car in their sweet spot (probably $6-17K) I highly recommend you check them out. I usually buy my cars new and drive them for a long time, so I was a bit anxious about dealing with used car salesmen. KAS put my concerns to rest - I'd do business with them again anytime and have recommended them to friends.

He was so nice and welcoming. Thanks to Jaden who sold me a trunk mat for my car. He and Jaden helped put it in the car. Jaden was so kind to check and see why my front mat was sliding up. It was nice to see Joy my service person, she is lovely. And, I was able to run into my awesome sales person, Kyle. He is the best. This is a top notch dealer and the service department reigns supreme. Thank you all, for giving me faith in humanity and BMW. I love my car.

    BMW dealership in Silver Spring... whew. It's been a LONG minute, but I had to come back because…read morethese other shops have been out here playing in my FACE. One thing about this location? The location itself is top tier. Super convenient and easy to get to, especially compared to some of these random dealerships way out in the cut. But unfortunately, convenience can only carry a place so far. The service department has always moved at turtle speed. The wait times are honestly ridiculous. And of course, nothing here is cheap. BMW service prices are already painful, but I used to tolerate it because the quality at least matched the price tag. Lately though? The little details are disappearing, and that's what worries me. Basic things like topping off the windshield washer fluid, properly washing the car, or even doing a decent vacuum job are being skipped or half done. If corners are being cut on the obvious stuff I can see, it makes me question what's happening with the actual maintenance and repairs I can't see. At this point, I genuinely have PTSD dealing with BMW service departments. Every visit feels like stress, confusion, waiting, and wondering whether you're really getting what you paid for. SMH.
