This is my second time at this spa and this time I brought my 4 month puppy to get his first haircut. Mel groomed our puppy and he looks terrific! I really like this grooming salon- everyone is super friendly, it's clean and cute, the price is affordable and the service is outstanding! Now my mom is going to take her dog to get groomed there!

Linda always works so well on my anxious Olive and is so sweet to her even when she is a nervous Nelly with them & I am so beyond grateful for that. It was Comet's first time going to this groomer & I couldn't be more pleased with the results! This place was recommended to me by my mom. I asked for a slight trim on his body, his face to be cleaned up, & a teeth cleaning. It took about two hours & I paid $65. We will definitely be back!

Daylee has cut our 14 year old Shih Tzu Koko for longer than I can remember. Now that Koko is senior, with cataracts in both eyes, she is extremely sensitive to any kind of handling and touching of her face. Thank goodness for Daylee....she is THE ONLY groomer we would trust with Koko. Now that we have a puppy who is also new to blow dryer noises and baths, we trust she is always being handled with love and care at Dapper Dog Spa. Highly recommend thwir services to any dog owners!

Couldn't be happier and grateful for Dapper Dog Spa and the whole team. My 3 yr old anxious pup had never been to a groomer and they worked with me for 2months getting her used to being in a salon from a 5min brushing to working her way up finally to a full on bath with drying! Taylor was extremely kind and patient and never gave up on her and was able to get my pup to acclimate to getting a bath, which for myself has been near impossible. As a pet parent, it is a bit nerve-wracking when your dog is so high energy and anxious, but thank you to Daylee and her team for taking such good care of Daisy! I couldn't be happier that I found Dapper Dog Spa! My two goldendoodles have come in twice now for grooming. Each time they look, feel and smell great! I appreciate that they don't take in a ton of dogs at once so the dogs only have to stay for a couple of hours. My last groomer would have the dogs from 9 am to 4 pm. Daylee and Taylor are great! We'll keep coming back. After our first visit, I had one small thing I wanted to change on our next cut. I mentioned it at our second appt and they made the adjustment. I appreciate that they are open to feedback as they learn my dogs' coats and how I like them styled.

I've being bringing my dogs to this place for two years now their customer service skill was always unprofessional but I did not care because they would do my dogs haircuts good. But the last time we took our 3 dogs was the worse experience ever two of them have red skin and it looks like a rash and one of them has a cut on his testicles and i understand accidents happen but what I don't understand is that they didn't tell me anything so that I Could've put a cone on him and some medication instead they took our money and stayed quiet about it. And even after I told them what happened and I showed them pictures of him they said it's not a cut and just to take better pictures of him so I did and they couldn't even give us an apology for this or anything instead they said just put a cone on him you're making it worse. That's another lever of evilness because dogs can't talk and They can't say what hurts. So please don't bring your dogs here take care of them and stay away from people like them !! . And lastly she wrote on my sisters review that she would give us a resolution and the resolution was blaming us for not putting a cone on him but she was so unprofessional and so evil that she didn't even told us he got a cut. So please stay away from business owners that just care about money and are not even able to do what they're getting paid for.

I highly recommend this grooming business. We always get great service at Dapper Dog. It used to take hours to get my dog groomed, which is stressful to them. Now that I take my dog to Dapper Dog she is beautifully groomed in an hour. Also all grooming is done where you can see and the kennels are in main room where grooming is done. I really enjoy the transparency of all the grooming done here. The door is electronically locked and is opened for customers by an employee for your dog safety. I appreciate this as my dog is a rescue and loves to run out an open door if the opportunity presents itself, so I appreciate the added safety protocol they use. Daylee is a terrific groomer and a loving dog owner! My puppy got her first groom here and her hair was rough. Severe matting from 2 months of being in a splint and no bath during those times. Daylee accepted the challenge and got rid of all the matting with a nice short cut. I was worried my puppy would not handle her first cut well (doesn't even like the sound of scissors!) but when I picked her up, she showed no fear or anxiety at all. Absolutely amazing service. I had called on Friday morning the minute they had opened, and I was greeted by a kind lady who took the time to answer my questions about the grooming services they have. We had decided to go with the bath and tidy based on my pups fur type. I was able to get an appointment the following day, Saturday. They had called and moved us up because of some free space that had become available, which was very awesome. My pup Bear come out of the groomer looking absolutely incredible. They did an amazing job getting out his under coat and cleaning up his fur. They did an even better job than some other location that had been charging much more. I took my two yorkies here about 2 weeks ago. I'm always so nervous taking my dogs to the groomers because I've heard of too many horror stories. But the moment I stepped into through the door I felt relieved because my dogs were welcomed with open arms. I highly recommend Dapper Dog Spa. I have had my dogs groomed here multiple times now and have been happy with the outcome each time. I have a Golden Retriever and a Shitzu Mix. My Shitzu is 13 years old and struggles with arthritis. Dapper Dog Spa always makes sure to be extra gentle with him. I really love that I can tell everyone that works there really loves and cares for every dog and the dog's well being comes first. I have not had that experience at other places. Both dogs always have beautiful cuts and always exactly what I ask for. I also really love that as soon as the dogs are dropped off, the dogs are worked on right away so they are not there too long. I love Dapper Dog Spa and definitely highly recommend. read more

Fantastic care for our Bailee from Linda! This was her first time going to get a bath and nails trimmed. Highly recommend the Dapper Dog Spa for your pet's needs. We were in and out within an hour. Unlike our previous groomer in the Whittier/La Habra area, Dapper Dog Spa is a breath of fresh air - literally! The atmosphere is clean, bright, and spacious, a stark contrast to the old, tired, and dark space we were accustomed to. At our former groomer, the grooming process was hidden from view, leaving us in the dark about our pets' experiences. However, at Dapper Dog Spa, transparency is key, and witnessing the one-on-one bathing and grooming process would put any pet owner at ease. Yes, I am aware that all groomers want the fur baby parents to do 'drop offs' so the one-on-one grooming experience is not compromised by mommy or daddy looking on... Love this place! This was my first time trying Dapper Dog Spa and I was so pleased with everything. The customer service was great! I wasn't offered things that my dog didn't actually need. I've had a lot of pervious salons try to up sell everything, and I was happy with the services recommended. I have a 7 year old standard poodle that always needs a lot of work. The service was done in a timely manner and her haircut was fantastic. The salon over all is beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be returning for all my dogs grooming needs. read more

I got myself a puppy from a rescue place, all they knew or believed was she was a terrier mix, 4 months old. She had her first visit today, I'm sure it was tough day for her, but Robyn was great with her. Daylee and all of the staff at Dapper Dog are amazing! I've been taking my dog Teddy to her for grooming for a little over a year. The salon is clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful.
