We are new to bend and thought we had a squirrel problem in our attic. After researching options, I called Dan. He spent a while on the phone talking about what my problem might be and going over my options. He came over ( and was ON TIME) the next day and spent an hour going through the attic and around the house. As it turned out, there were no entry points and no tracks, droppings etc. Since I didn't go up in the attic he EASILY could have told me something different, but he was HONEST and said right now the best course of action would be to monitor to see if we heard it again, as it may have been on the roof.
