I spoke to Ryan on the phone and he said he would call after 12:30 the following day to set up a walk-through for an estimate. The next day, he shows up at my door without calling at 11:45am. While I was slightly annoyed, I decided to let this go. He looked around the house, made some notes, reviewed holes and gave me an estimate. After discussing it with my landlady and husband, I contacted him later that evening to let him know we were interested, but got a machine. I left a message and never heard back. I called again the next day, he answered and replied "Oh yeah, I got your message..." I was curious then why he would not have contacted me after getting my message. Even with a couple red flags, I decided to book the appointment. He agreed to show up at 3:30pm, my husband left work early to be home when he arrived. 4:00 comes, he's still not there. 4:30, still no sign. I called his main number, no answer. I eventually reached him on his cell phone, he informed me he was busy with another engagement and didn't even seem to notice the fact that he was NOT at my house... When asked why he did not show up, he said "Ooh. Sorry about that. I told the other guy to show up. Guess he pulled a no-show. How's tomorrow morning?" His aloof attitude immediately threw me off. It was apparent this was normal and he really didn't seem to care about our inconvenience. I told him it was an inconvenience, we couldn't be home tomorrow as we both work full time and MEANWHILE, I have mice living in my house... After giving him a moment to correct the situation, all he said was he'd reschedule and basically shrugged it off. I told him I would find another company and hung up. IN THE END, I found this company to be completely unprofessional, frustrating and a waste of my time. As a warning, I DO NOT recommend giving Bend Pest Control the benefit of the doubt. After three days of horsing around with this company, I am back at square one and have to find a completely new company while the mice roam free in my kitchen.
