William came today to treat my property. He not only did so with expertise but also did a few wonderful extras (like removed the little mouse carcass in one of the flowerbeds), removed a metal marker for an electricity cover which was left by the contractors and he thought might cause unnecessary injury to anyone who didn't see it since it just blended in with the surrounding mulch, and examined all outdoor areas, removing cobwebs, and even made friends with my little dog who baarked when he rang the doorbell! read more

Cory, who works with Alpine here in Bend,OR is competent and easy to work with. Good rates and effective service. A business to be trusted.

We have been customer sfor several yrs and have been very satisfied. But yesterday Kyle found two mini holes at our outdoor hose outlet where mice have been able to get under the house. He found the holes were we would not have expected. Thanks so much to Kyle for his determination and excellent customer service. read more

After trying on my own to remove a pest (i.e. Mole or Gopher ) from my yard which included buying electronic devices that are supposed to drive the critter from my yard , i called ALpine Pest solutions of Bend, Dustin Benson came out to my home looked at the situation and told me I had a gopher problem not a mole problem like I thought. Dustin set traps and also put gopher poison in the tunnels. Dustin was both highly professional and very knowledgeable. Well this week one of his traps caught a very big gopher . I have to tell you folks I could not be happier and recommend ALpine Pest Solutions without reservation. If you have a pest problem and you want it fixed, ask for Dustin because he is the best! We just started with Alpine. We're extremely impressed. Gena who sets things up ... 10 stars. Zin who did our home, also 10 stars. So happy we went with truly local and very kind and professional Pest Control. What a relief read more

I highly recommend Alpine Pest Management. My experience with staff was great. Service manager Duston, assessed the situation I have with one or more rodents, making my home their own. I had a sense of relief with how he clearly explained what was needed in a professional, knowledgable, and friendly manner. Duston then set out to complete tasks necessary to start combating the problem, (which includes follow-up visits). I'll rely on Alpine Pest Management for any problems of this kind (rats, etc.), moving forward. I recommend that others do the same. Give them a try! read more

I would definitely recommend Alpine Pest Management! Gina in the office was very helpful, and efficient with informing me of the process of starting services with Alpine. Kenny came to our home as scheduled, and was also very informative, helpful, and friendly! I am so happy I chose Alpine Pest Management for our Pest control services. Give them a call, you won't regret it! read more

Just had Flash from Alpine Pest Management out to help us seal up our home. We have had some new friends (mice) make their way in. Flash was very sensitive to my requests to keeping things safe for my kiddos and pup. He sealed all potential spots up, placed traps and was super kind to my kiddos. It isn't often that you feel so comfortable with someone in your home. Flash felt like we had called up an old friend to help us out. He was quick and thorough. You would be so lucky to have him as your technician! read more

Flash, the tech from Alpine, just left our home. He was exceptional! We had been noticing a few roof rats (they are black and new to the Bend area), in our lush garden. After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to call Alpine. Flash was so thorough and knowledgeable, explaining his whole process to us. He took his time, found the entry points both outside and in the crawl space, plugged everything up, set traps, and then sprayed the exterior for bugs. We felt so comfortable with him. He was so professional, and also just a really nice guy! He is an outstanding employee! read more

I have used Alpine Pest since last summer, when my home inspector recommended I have someone service my house. They have done an exceptional job - setting & checking traps, and spraying for insects. Each technician has been professional and efficient - and Kenny just came out last week and set another larger trap outside "just for good measure". Office manager, Gina, stays on top of scheduling. Happy to recommend. read more

I have been a customer for a number of years here in Bend and have been extremely satisfied with Alpine Pest! The technicians take the time to explain options as well as review and update me with results ( how many critters were caught in our crawl space under the house) . Dustin has been particularly helpful and pleasant to work with our older Bend home. Thank you ! read more

A door-to-door salesman of this company came to my house not once but twice knocking which extremely upset my dogs and baby while there was a sign posted on my door that says "my baby is sleeping do not knock or ring the bell". We will NEVER use your company because of this! We actually have an infestation of wasps right now but because of how inconsiderate your employees are, we will go elsewhere!! read more

These guys were great to work with! I chose them based on their philosophy shared on their website about getting to a real solution and not just treating the symptoms. Once they arrived and started evaluating our situation, they definitely got to a real and long term solution rather than just treating the problem at the surface. Hopefully, I won't have another need for them in the future, but if I do there is no question who I will call, from the initial phone call to the final visit they were professional, friendly, and solution oriented. It's rare to find this level of great service in Central Oregon these days. read more

These guys were top-notch. We had some animal activity in our eaves, and they were climbing ladders in minutes and took care of the problem and repaired the entrance point. While their guy was out he even came up with a plan for ants. They are long-term solution-oriented and environmentally friendly. Haiden was fantastic. If you get Haiden on your job, you are in really good hands! Thanks Alpine Pest Management! read more

Had a bird issue in our home. Small openings in our roof allowed small birds into our attic. Called and Coty came out to help. Arrived right on time and within an hour..problem solved. Used metal flashing to close up the openings and we are good to go. Great young man and great job. Thank you. read more

We have used Alpine Pest Management for 12 years. If ever we issue with anything walking or crawling they are our first and only call. Our first home was in the Sunriver area; they helped us with bees. We are now in Redmond, they eliminated a yellow jack and a hornet nests. We thought the hornets had resurfaced, Alpine Pest Managment returned and confirmed they were not from our home but from somewhere nearby, and there was no charge. I will continue to call them if a need arises and will always refer them whenever an opportunity arises. read more

Found a yellow jacket nest and called to get it removed. Alpine responded quickly and not only did they remove the nest but the technician also did a walk around with my husband to see if we should be concerned about anything else. Awesome company and I would highly recommend them. read more

I have been so impressed with Alpine Pest Management's humane methods for helping rid of us some birds. They took care not to disturb a nest with baby birds and instead came back once they had grown/flown. Mike is very skilled at what he does, and an excellent communicator as well. I am impressed by their professionalism and the quality of work for the price. I highly recommend Alpine Pest Managment read more

They responded to unfavorable rating I had given on a past visit from one of their techs. After a inspection by Mike Larson,We settled on a more aggressive approach to pest issue. I would highly recommend this company due to their experience and customer service read more

Just want to post a big 'Thank You' for the quick service to take care of a bird problem we had. Called Alpine in the morning and they were at the house shortly after noon installing the eave vent that had fallen out! The bird had already vacated the premises and we won't have to worry about birds getting back in the eaves. Thanks, Ron!! I highly recommend Alpine's services!! read more

Unbeknownst to me, I had a yellow jacket hive under the overhang of my home. They chewed through the exterior of the home and into the drywall of my living room. Within minutes, I had a swarm of yellow jackets fill my living room. I had to vacate with my children immediately and, as you can imagine, it was a very scary situation. I called every pest control company in Bend and every company was completely booked, including Alpine Pest Management. However, Glen, the owner of Alpine Pest Management, came out personally to help me within a few hours of my phone call. He took care of the nest quite quickly and explained what I could expect after the nest was destroyed over the following 24 hours. He personally vacuumed up 50-100 yellowjackets before leaving. He also came back a week later to fill the hole created by the bees on the outside of my home. He was very kind and wonderful to work with. I am very appreciative of his timely aid in this very scary situation. read more
