We had Terminix out this past week and I cannot say enough good things about our service. Pete showed up on time and ready to work. He was thorough and explained everything to us. He treated the inside and outside of our house just as we asked and we can already tell the difference. We will definitely be using them for all our needs at the property. I called Terminix and was told Dustin would call me back so soon as he could--he did call me back within 1 hour. We talked about my mouse problem and he said they were quite busy at the time but, they would call me and make an appointment. I got a call back the next day and scheduled an appointment. My employer changed my days off and I had to reschedule my date for service. Devon showed up on time. He was very respectful and explained all the paperwork and what he would be doing in and out of the house. There was a problem with the cost but after a call to Dustin it was resolved. Devon explained that another service person would be coming back to check the traps and since I work I asked if it could be after 3:30 he said no problem. I have tried all traps with no success. Above and beyond technicians! Ryan came out to service the interior and exterior of our vacation home (which was vacant at the time). While there he kept hearing a very loud dripping sound. Instead of just ignoring it, he took the time to see if he could find the source of the dripping which happened to be our humidifier in the garage. It had apparently been leaking for some time with a lot of water in our garage. He immediately called us, sent us pics and went the extra mile by helping us shut off the valve (at our request) to stop the leak so it wouldn't cause more damage until we could get a plumber out. Terminix obviously provides great pest service but to have people in this day and age show that kind of care and concern for your home even beyond their actual scope of work is pretty amazing. Very grateful for Ryan and such above and beyond service! He has made very loyal customers of us. read more

Dustin at Terminix was rude and unprofessional. When asked why he couldn't do the job, he used some colorful and condescending language, saying I might have not heard of this thing called Covid happening, and that no one wants to work because they are happier on unemployment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but professionally, all he needed to say was lack of manpower. He laid in on the state of things for a few minutes before I was able to end the conversation. I get that everyone has a lot going on these days, but this was too much. I hope you can find a more professional pest company like I did! read more

As an insurance agent I get a lot of "eeeeek" scenarios, and I have worked with a lot of pest control companies in past. It means a lot being able to have Dustin and his team of professionals to call and help us out when we need, they are always fair and have a client first mentality and when I've needed them for my house they went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed. Have had their service for six months now. At first it was absolutlely outstanding. Then the service technician was injured and had to quit. Since that happened there have been three unpleasant experiences. First, the owner (I assume it's a franchise owner) called and made an appointment to collect dead rodents and reset traps. I waited all day even though he said he would be here at 9:30am. He was a no show. The next day he showed up while I was gone from home. He serviced the traps on the exterior only and left. The dead rodents under the house smelled awful for a week or so. My brother also has Terminix service. He called me and said the same thing happened to him. Later, as my brother and his wife left to go on an Alaskan cruise, they discovered thousands of termites munching away on the wood for their sliding patio door. He asked me to call Terminix and get it taken care of. I called and spoke to the owner on a Saturday and he said he would come out the first thing Monday morning. He failed to show up. At 10:30 I called land left a message with an answering service who said they would have him call me immediately. It is now 2:30 and I have received no call. I believe I will cancel my service. I will leave it up to my brother to cancel his service. I cannot recommend this company at all. read more

Great, efficient service. Very fast to get out to my house when I saw mice (eek!) run through the kitchen. They have an after-hours call center and was able to get someone out here first thing the next morning. Chip was great, he came out and setup traps and came back 3 times to check and clear them. Apparently an old woodpile in our backyard is full of carpenter ants. And Beaverton is some sort of carpenter ant paradise so it's common to see them in summer time. What's the old saying? "Is it carpenter ant season yet? Check Beaverton". The guy who came out to our property was nice, knowledgable and fast. I will update this review once we see if the bugs die. Overall we have had a great experience and he was willing to answer all our questions. read more

I was totally impressed by this company today! While hauling junk from against my fence on the side of my house, we seemed to disturb a yellow jacket nest. They had been bothering us in latel summer when eating outside but we were unable to locate the nest until today. The yellow jackets were quickly angered and stung my small children and the man that I hired to haul our junk. It was pretty bad. I called Terminix and they were very nice on the phone. I got a call back right away from Dustin the owner to describe to him my problem. Although they had no available appointments that day, Dustin took it upon himself to come and get rid of the nest due to the fact that we had small children. He could not have been nicer to us, especially my 5 year old son who was fascinated by his truck and bee suit. The nest was the size of a watermelon that he found in an old planter under some debris. He showed us the queen and the nest when he finished...pretty interesting! The whole ordeal was about 20 minutes...nest gone. Thank you Dustin. We really appreciate your excellent customer service.
