I placed a DoorDash order and paid extra for sides of sour cream and guacamole, but they were not included with my order. These were items I was charged for and did not receive. I called the location on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 3:02 PM and politely asked to speak with a manager. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do unless I came into the store. I ordered through DoorDash specifically so I wouldn't have to leave my house, and this was clearly a preparation error on the restaurant's end--not a delivery issue. At minimum, I expect a refund for the items I paid for and did not receive. This situation should have been handled better, especially for a long-time customer. Please address this and issue the appropriate refund.
