Danny was amazing. He made everything very easy. He was professional and attentive. After arriving to look at the scope of work and the working conditions he offered a very fair price. He then sent two guys ( communicating with me consistently) with a truck to haul off about 15 cubic yards of trash and they completed it in 2 hours including their lunchtime. Up and down stairs a million boxes. They did an excellent job and were sure to take all that I wanted gone. They filled their big truck and the bed of another truck. I am so very happy that I hired Danny's Deconstruction to do this large job. He bid the job for less than I originally offered and planned on paying. Very Friendly staff. I had a coffee table scheduled from my place, high rise building in loop. My association required the use of freight dock & elevator for a coffee table with wheels removal so I had to reserve the freight elevator. My condo Association being difficult did not let the guys park at the freight dock even through we reserved the freight elevator. The employees parked in the alley by the freight dock with no complaints bc it was out of my control. One guy also helped me load a desk chair into my car even though I didn't ask for any help. I ended up tipping the guys. Nice employees! they will be on time if you tell them you have a tight schedule. I had to go to work, and they were early! Will use them again for the next junk removal. I'm one who normally doesn't leave a review, buy on this occasion a company is well deserving of my review. I was looking to clear out a crawl space of junk that had accumulated over the years. The space was not easy to move around. Initial call was promptly answered by Danny and an appointment was set up for the next day. Danny arrived on time and gave me a quote on the spot that was far superior than the other 3 estimates. Day of clear out, his workers arrived on time and were eager to get to work. They were professional and accommodating to have me double check on items I wanted to keep and a decade of junk was cleared out in a matter of hours. Neighbors had dumped a huge amount of junk (broken furniture, bags of trash, etc.) in the lot behind the building we had just bought, and we needed it hauled away. I sent Danny a photo and we had a great bid within a half hour. A truck arrived about an hour after that, and when the driver saw exactly how much there was, he called in and a second truck was sent out. The two drivers worked hard and they worked smart - they were careful, thorough, and cleaned up all the loose ends and stray bits of trash that were lying around. A cement contractor broke a drain pipe in a cement floor. They removed cement but refused to dig out dirt for plumber to repair/replace pipe. I called Danny Deconstruction (I had used them before) who understood that my problem was urgent and he had one of his guys out to my house by 7am the next morning.
