Two Sundays ago, I used the Yelp app to find a plumber and request estimates to fix a leaking toilet. I chose Daniel's Plumbing and they were able to send Jeremiah out that afternoon after church. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem, providing repair options, and then executing my chosen repair at a fair price. I was happy with the prompt, friendly, and professional service provided by Daniel's Plumbing and would hire them again. read more

MISPLACED TRUST: Multiple external gas leaks; Daniel's plumbing asked to perform repairs. Repair duration 6 days due to extreme hot weather; scheduling; ordered wrong parts; crew over-pressured newly installed pressure regulators requiring replacement; more part ordering delays; inadequate coating of pipe fittings; meter excavation filled before gas company inspection and final connection requiring gas company to twist and pull meter in order to line up to new line coming from underground (see photo); Daniels will not correct meter piping lineup unless gas company recommends alignment adjustment; gas company reports higher risk of line leaking if new line is unearth in order to make proper alignment and recommended leaving current configuration; 10k (paid in advance). read more

I had three specific items I needed from the plumber: replace the fill valve on one toilet, replace the toilet seat on another toilet (we couldn't loosen the bolts); and address a leaky sink. Cody came out, did various water quality tests, and generated a $3,500 quote for lots of work I did not request, include complete rebuilds of two toilets, replacing various angle stops that work fine, etc. I said I wasn't going to do all that optional work and could I just get a quote for the work I requested. Cody replied that Daniels Plumbing only "does things right" and they could not work on a toilet without replacing the angle stop no matter how new it was. This was completely ridiculous and I sent him away and called the service manager to complain. The manager offered to do the specific items I had requested, for about $1,000 (which included installing a new faucet if we bought it ourselves to replace the leaky one). I considered going with the reduced quote but decided that if the company sends its plumbers out to generate hugely inflated quotes on the first visit, I can't trust them. This appears to be an industry-wide problem: plumbing companies boost profits by using every repair call as a sales call to generate solutions to problems that the customer may not really have, or may not need solved urgently. I am not sure how to find a plumber who wants to help the customer solve the current problem without unnecessary spending, but I would not trust Daniels Plumbing for the job. read more

Highly recommend Daniels Plumbing! Our dishwasher went out and a leaking valve forced us to shut off water to the entire house. They responded within an hour, which was such a relief. Hunter was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service, fair pricing, and great communication. We will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you! read more

I am a long time customer of Daniels Plumbing. I have had the very best of experiences with them. Over the years, they have replaced my main sewer line, installed main valve in tub, solved many other plumbing issues, and replaced my AC/Furnace (when they were in the business of also doing that - no longer sadly). They have always been very trustworthy and fair. I have not had to worry about them telling me something needed fixing that really didn't, and it is always quality work and a good value for the cost. I always get very prompt responses from them as well. I highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing!!!!! read more

They do not back their work. 4 months after 1 year warranty expired on install, toilet leaked and destroyed my garage ceiling. Owner refused to even reduce re-install costs. Disappointing. Will find another plumber to "trust". Recommend you do the same. Update: alternate plumber confirmed installation of wax ring that was too small. No new information that would change my one star review. read more

Daniels Plumbing - Wax ring. No seal. - Plumbing Near Me - Tomball, Texas

The team over at Daniels Plumbing did an amazing job ! They are always on time and provide great service

We've had very mixed results with Daniels Plumbing based on the technician they sent. Our first call in May great; the tech explained exactly what we needed. The second call in October to fix our leaky shower left it in an unusable state with a drifting handle. The tech's response was that it was because the new cartridge had better lubrication and we needed to buy a knob without a handle. This same setup is working in our other bathroom so we got a second opinion and are now having the repair repaired by a different company. read more

Quick response, very professional and great customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you Bryce and team!

Beware of this company!!?they price gouging company to take advantage of senior citizens!! Wanna over charge for service you don t need. Seniors , stay away from!!!! Should be reported to BBB. read more

Vance and Austin explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions with a smile. They came over for the estimate and then came back after 5 p.m. to do the job, which was harder than they expected. I will be calling them back if I have any more problems!! They had to deal with my septic pipe. There was a leak under my bedroom part of the trailer. Thank God the trailer is off the ground. Daniels does need to get a plumber suit that fits Vance. Thank both of you for coming back on the same day. I had already spent 5 days without septic pipe plumbing. Which was my fault. read more

The water pipes for my filter system were leaking. I called Daniels Plumbing and they came out right away. The plumber identified the problem and made the repair quickly and cleanly. This was the second or third time they've come out for various jobs I've had and it's always a good experience! read more

Had to call Daniel's two days in a row, one weekend day and one weekday. Both days they were quick to answer my call and send someone out to address the issues I was having. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. read more

This is the 2nd time I've had to use Daniels Plumbing and again they have a happy customer. I first used them in December the day of a Saturday family Christmas party that I almost had to cancel because of a tub faucet failure and water running nonstop at full blast. They were able to come fast and I was able to have the party. This time another shower failed and same thing water wouldn't stop and for a family of 6 no water is a disaster. I called the next day and they sent Hunter again with someone and they replaced and fixed the issue and I had them go ahead and preemptively fix the other two so they don't break soon. They were here within the hour and fixed everything in 30-45 minutes and everything turns like brand new! I hope to never need them again but as a homeowner I know things will break. The next time something does I will be calling Daniel's. Pricing is reasonable and I 100% trust them to service my home. Plus the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly! read more

Thought my day was going to be bad. I was up in attic and stepped on a pipe and broke it, had water leaking out called another plumber I have used in the past but they could not get here till next week. I looked up next closet plumber and founded Daniel's I called and within 25 minutes had an appointment set up Mr Michael Craig showed up and identified the problem, it not water pipe of any sort just the 2nd drain for hot water tray, he gave estimate since the pipes been patched in the past with wrong size of pipe, we discussed it and declined the repair at this time. I will definitely use them if I ever need a plumber again..Highly recommend there company and Mr Michael craig as the man for the job. Thanks for making my day better yall rock. read more

Didn't bother showing up for scheduled appointment, didn't call with any updates. Customer service says she's the only one in the office and she would have gotten to it eventually. Technician called, went into 10 minutes of detail about the job he was on but couldn't/wouldn't tell me what time he would be arriving. I arranged my day to be home during the scheduled appointment. If Daniel's plumbing can't respect my time then they don't get my business. read more

At long last, we elected to address a toilet with a big problem. The issue was a faulty/leaky flange installation. Mr. Cody Miller quickly diagnosed the situation, explained the problem, and outlined the repair steps. The process isn't finished yet, but we're happy with the progress. Thanks to Daniels Plumbing! read more

I have used Daniels plumbing twice for plumbing issues. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly. Both times Brice came out and explained the issue and repairs very well. read more

Very professional and respectful. Will continue to use Daniel and would recommend them to any one needing a plumber.

Great company! They've installed a hot water heater and done some other plumbing for me. Always on time. Priced fair.

We had Daniels plumbing recommended to us by another contract and have started using them for our home and rental properties. They are professional, knowledgable and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had my whole bathroom re-done plus my powder room. Tanner and Mike came out and did an amazing job with 3 faucets, drain lines, and everything that goes into a quality job. I am so pleased with the friendliness, price, and service that I'm telling everyone who needs a plumber to call them. I've never used such good and honest plumbers before. I'll be using them from now on. Ask for Tanner or Mike. read more

Tomball Tx - Not sure why it says California. Have been using Daniels Plumbing for the last 7 months for an ongoing issue at our office. ( Moving out of the building asap as it is a lease) We have called them out, one to two times or more a month due to drainage backup. Performing a "Hydro Stop Jet" each time. Daniels plumbing has charged us over 2000.00 each visit, totaling about 20,000.00. Today we decided to have a different plumber come out to give us a quote. let me just say I was completely disgusted when I got the price today for the same service. Not even a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing has been charging a repeat customer every month. The new company not only charged us a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing was charging us but warrantied their work for 90 days. Please do not let them take advantage of you, the way they did us. read more

Daniels Plumbing has a place on its website whereby one can email them, give a brief description of the problem, and ask for a quote. I did this and received an email back which read "We would be happy to come out and give you an estimate. We like to come out and look at this before we give an estimate." I called and was told there would be a charge of $80 for an estimate but would be waived if I had them do the work. The woman on the phone complained that the company had spent so much money on time and gas going out and giving estimates. Can anyone see through this $80 charge for an estimate? One is faced with a "take it or leave it estimate" which is no doubt higher than others and, therefore, loses $80 to these characters. I noticed that the stellar reviews the company has been receiving has dropped off within the last year probably as a result of this "estimate charge." read more

Response time was amazing. The tech was efficient, thorough, and quick. Very pleased with out experience with Daniels Plumbing

$289 for a ten minute visit to tell me to clean out the hair. I feel ripped off. No one said anything about the cost when I booked the appointment. read more

Be warned on labor and material price gauging. This company does not know how to bill properly. They claim that their labor cost are a flat rate and wont not tell you their hourly rate for a job. In my case I called them to repair a small leak and they charged $900.00; this is the most expensive in history. Here is what they replaced. One ball valve and 2 feet of PVC, time spent was 30 minutes. This does not add up to a $900 repair bill. I called the company for further explanation spoke with Tanner and he could not explain the cost.. all he said was that is our price structure and kept repeating this. In other words, no clue. They took advantage of someone in need. read more

Daniels plumbing is always reliable! They always pick up the phone, get someone out as soon as possible and do the very best work. We just recently had the pleasure of working with Brice and he was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and polite. Will always use Daniels and refer to others! read more

Talked to the receptionist once and left two (2) voice mails for the service manager. No one ever called me back. Completely unresponsive.

Did not make it past the quote. DOUBLE normal rate The company responded quickly and was able to send a tech for a quote the next morning. He was clean and polite. The quote was high, call it X. I raised my eyebrows, and the price dropped 10%. I suggested leaving the area open for another firm was company. The price dropped a little more., another 5%. Two other firms came, quoted identical repairs for x/2. Selected firm got it done the same day. extortion? read more

I would like to retract this review. It has recently come out that my father might have miscommunicated some if the details . I would like to add that after three months, the repair is holding up very well. The company also reached out to my mother and gave her a refund for a senior citizens discount. read more

My shower handle broke in the middle of the night while the water was running. I attempted to fix it my self and only made matters worse. My wife called Daniels Plumbing, and within an hour Tim Wade was at my door. Not only did he get everything repaired and reassembled, he educated me on what I could do next time. Tim went around and made sure everything else was in order before he left. I will gladly use them again! read more

Update to review posted on 1/30/2024 regarding Daniels Plumbing. Their supervisor called the day after that review was posted and wanted to understand the issue. I explained it to him as per my review and provided some suggestions. He was receptive and understood our position. He said they took actions to remedy the situation internally and they did not charge for the service. I appreciate the response and action. For that alone - I will add a Good rating on this review update. read more

RIPOFF 50 gal. water heater went bad. Daniels quoted ~ $3200 to replace heater. This was beginning of Labor Day weekend. Old water heater wouldn't be removed until Tuesday. As plumber was disconnecting old heater, I called my son who is a journeyman plumber in another city. He said price was too high. M y son advised me to have him finish disconnecting heater and looping hot and cold water lines and close out the ticket. All in all the technician put in two hours labor. He said he needed to go purchase a pump for the water in the drip tray. He closed out the ticket charging $689. I told my son what the tech did and how much he charged. He was pissed. I called the office to dispute the charge. I was told it's a flat rate and they don't charge by the hour. The $689 was not itemized. I don't know if that price included the pump. If so he took the pump with him. I don't know if he charged the $60 fee for not having them install the new heater. By all the other one star ratings for Daniels Plumbing its my belief Daniels doesn't care how people feel and they'll continue to rip people off because they can. read more

We were having a problem with our plumbing and Septic. This is the first time I have used Daniels Plumbing. They were very friendly and accommodating when I called. I was told they could have someone out the same day which I greatly appreciated. I received a text with the name of the plumber who was coming and that he was on his way. Michael Craig from Daniels Plumbing was able to come out and evaluate the situation within 2 hrs from my original phone call. He was able to determine the problem, and we discussed what I needed to do from there. I will definitely be using Daniels Plumbing again, and will recommend them to friends and family. read more

We had a gas leak at our pool equipment unit. They charged us 1500 bucks for a 30 minute fix, ridiculous. They are ripping people off. Don't use these guys, if you are in a bind they take advantage of their customers. read more

I will never use this plumber ever again. Talk about price gouging... They came to my house and to fix 2 toilets. The tech quoted $1400 for an all day job. He was done in an hour and a half and said it was easier than he originally thought but he still had to charge me for a whole day because that is how they charge, but gave me a $200 discount. Big Deal! The owner never called me back and that is just bad business. Then we had the problem with the Houston freeze. They estimated $485 PER LEAK! That's just plain criminal for something that literally takes minutes. That's right, $485 to cap a pipe. read more

came to the house for a water leak in the attic...in the hottest weather (July) the plumber was soooo nice...fixed the defective pipe and and the charge was completely reasonable....then gave us a recommendation for the next step which is water removal etc. Very very positive experience....Absolutely would recommend and will use again.
