We recently had a very old tree in our front yard finally partially collapsing. It had a special…read morespot in the yard and we had enjoyed it for many years. However all good things come to an end and the tree was telling us so. It was a willow and time to go. We contacted these folks and arranged for a cutting down of the tree so it would not pose a danger to others or to us. The quote was quite reasonable and we decided to go forward. We were in no rush and it was suggested we do so after the Christmas holidays. Monday was the scheduled date. Sure enough they showed up on Monday morning and it took about an hour to cut down the tree. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful to remove a bench which was under the tree but not damaged and then replace it in the same area when they were done. We are very pleased with the work they did and they seemed quite knowledgeable. The work was top notch. They seem busy all the time so if you are flexible and can work with them I'm sure any job will be done with great success.

I removed the shrubs myself, and we decided to wait and use a more experienced arborist to trim that tree later. Fast forward to 2025, we are now shopping for a professional and experienced person to assist with our tree. I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Chelsea who told me she would speak to Dillon and follow up with an updated quote. No follow up received as of Friday, so I called and left a message. Dillon calls me back all huffy and puffy, and told me they aren't going to waste their time coming out for one tree (we are 11 miles from their office) , and suggested that I call whoever did the job two years ago. But, he showed up when I was not there and dumped mulch along with 60 logs which I did not want. I called him to come remove the logs and he made numerous excuses and failed to respond or answer my numerous calls. It has been 4 months and I recently texted him with photos of the mess and again no response. It will cost me $400 to have these logs removed. He is good at tree removal and getting paid but not finishing the job. Be careful when dealing with this slick individual.
