It was hard to find a preferred provider who was accepting new patients, so I was relieved to find this office. Dr. Sartori has been great--professional, efficient, and focused on quality work. I had old fillings that needed replacing, a crown, and a couple of new cavities to fill. He handled everything smoothly and even catered to my specific needs (I can't have epinephrine). When my crown didn't fit quite right, he had the lab redo it because he wasn't satisfied with the fit, which I really appreciated. There's not a lot of small talk, which is fine by me, I prefer to get in and out as long as the work is solid, and so far, it's been excellent. I'll definitely continue seeing him.

I don't recall the first time, but I was told if I no showed a third time, I'll be released from the clinic. I paid the $93 no show fee and decided to go ahead and "release myself" from this dentist office. Not to mention, during my cleanings I've had the dentist and dental hygienist talking over me having conversations about their lunch plans as if I'm not there. There was also a major billing error prior and they argued with us about it until we had to have a 3-way call with our insurance company in order to get reimbursed for the few hundred dollar excess charged before they finally reimbursed us. They did apologise after, but the biller was so rude before she realised it was her error, that it left an impact. It is a nice looking clinic and clean. Most of the hygienists have been very nice and the lady that checks you out is very nice. However overall, the past 7-years have not been the best experience. I went to Dr.Gosin prior and he had the best staff and manners. Should have stayed with him.

Stay away from this dental practice. They discriminate against patients who do not speak English as…read moretheir first language. I called to schedule an appointment for a family member, explained to them that I would be translating for the appointment. They said it was okay and did not even ask what language. They called about a week before to confirm the appointment and when the topic of having me interpret for the appointment came up they told me I couldn't. When I asked if they could instead offer an interpreter service they said no and that they don't have those services. They automatically assumed that we needed Spanish and said someone in their office speaks Spanish but only on Thursdays. I explained that Spanish is not our language, and asked once again since they are refusing to let me translate, if they could provide someone to translate. They said no, and that they wouldn't be able to proceed. I tried to explain that healthcare providers are required to provide interpreters under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act and ADA. They claimed they weren't aware of such laws. The office manager name is Kasey and she was so un empathetic of the situation. As a healthcare professional myself, I always provide services to any and all patients regardless of their language and gladly offer language services. It's a basic right, which clearly this practice does not understand. Will be reporting to the Dental Board.

They were able to take care of my son's cavity right there at the first visit and it was super quick. I went back today for my extra work. I explained that I'm a big baby and don't do well with the injections. Dr Malotky was very understanding and patient. She explained how she intentionally tries to lessen the discomfort and hoped I would be pleasantly surprised. And I was!!! It was the first time I didn't cry from anxiety and/or pain.
