It had been years in between visits and I envisioned at least two crowns, fillings and I had some major chips in my front teeth. I also had exposed roots from receding gums so I expected a referral for oral surgery. NOPE! Dr. Lewis was able to save and fill all my teeth INCLUDING the exposed roots. Saved me THOUSANDS $$$. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE DENTISTS.!!! The work is amazing! No one would ever know that I had fillings in my front teeth! Beyond that.... (phew I could go on!) This is easily the kindest group of dental professionals and front office staff I've EVER seen. The office is calming, spotlessly clean and they are fast getting you in. Payments are thoroughly explained and as a courtesy they sent a superbill to my insurance even though they aren't in network. Lastly, I have (had) EXTREMELY sensitive teeth, especially the ones with the roots exposed that were worked on. Dr. Lewis was really gentle, making sure I wasn't in any discomfort. It was hard to find a preferred provider who was accepting new patients, so I was relieved to find this office. Dr. Sartori has been great--professional, efficient, and focused on quality work. I had old fillings that needed replacing, a crown, and a couple of new cavities to fill. He handled everything smoothly and even catered to my specific needs (I can't have epinephrine). When my crown didn't fit quite right, he had the lab redo it because he wasn't satisfied with the fit, which I really appreciated. There's not a lot of small talk, which is fine by me, I prefer to get in and out as long as the work is solid, and so far, it's been excellent. I'll definitely continue seeing him.

Stay away from this dental practice. They discriminate against patients who do not speak English as…read moretheir first language. I called to schedule an appointment for a family member, explained to them that I would be translating for the appointment. They said it was okay and did not even ask what language. They called about a week before to confirm the appointment and when the topic of having me interpret for the appointment came up they told me I couldn't. When I asked if they could instead offer an interpreter service they said no and that they don't have those services. They automatically assumed that we needed Spanish and said someone in their office speaks Spanish but only on Thursdays. I explained that Spanish is not our language, and asked once again since they are refusing to let me translate, if they could provide someone to translate. They said no, and that they wouldn't be able to proceed. I tried to explain that healthcare providers are required to provide interpreters under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act and ADA. They claimed they weren't aware of such laws. The office manager name is Kasey and she was so un empathetic of the situation. As a healthcare professional myself, I always provide services to any and all patients regardless of their language and gladly offer language services. It's a basic right, which clearly this practice does not understand. Will be reporting to the Dental Board.

Their customer service model is top notch, making you feel like a customer and not just a patient with an appointment they need to rush though. I highly recommend this office for any of those scary periodontal procedures. They also accept Delta Dental, which is a rarity lately.
