We took our 13 year old daughter in to Lila Wilson for a checkup, and found out she needed a filling. Lila filled it same day, and then came out to consult with us IN THE WAITING ROOM, where there was no privacy!! After more than a week, the filled tooth was still painful, and we scheduled a follow up appointment. Lila said my daughter must just have "sensitive teeth," and that there was nothing she could do about it. After several weeks of continuing pain, we decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out that Lila had overlooked a gap that she left in the filling, which was leading to my daughter's pain. My daughter was never afraid of the dentist until her experience at Lila Wilson's office.

Like no "Sarah" I don't care about your dog, keep working on my daughter. She said that at one point her dentist left and called up another child to work on them. At the same day, her dentist stopped working on her to eat popcorn. She says they barely talk to her about what they are doing to her. My daughter hit her head on the overhead lights and the dentists just all stared at her and not even asked if she was okay. they definitely favorite other children, I saw a highschool not walk into the place and everyone was talking to him. the dentist lady's stopped working in my daughter just to talk to him. The main dentist dude was in his office talking about a sport to his friend instead of working. When he came out, my daughter admitted that she didn't wear her rubber bands as much. As a respons all the people in the dentist office crowed my daughter and started asking her really mean question and comments. My daughter was literally going to cry, she was holding back her tears. And she said another time a girl didn't wear her rubber bands, the dentist just simply reminded her to wear her rubber bands. This is way better compared to my daughters verbal bulllying. Overall, the dental office is clean. But the treatment they to do my child is poor. And they act like they get paid minimum wage at McDonalds, it's actually sad.

I have a 30 year old crown that has never done this so I feel they are not performing quality work. I was stood up and the entire staff was standing around talking because they had canceled all of their appointments as the "stand in" dentist didn't come in that day. I rescheduled and went back and was told that the premium insurance I have always used there was no longer accepted in fact they stated they were "out of network on all insurance" and that I had to pay cash up front before being seen. This is an indication of something has gone wrong with this office, so I canceled and am billed $100. Glad to pay and will never go back. I do not recommend this business.

Now I have always felt like dentists will always find something and sure enough they did but it was work I know I needed and so proceeded to have it all done. I can honestly say that this is the only dentist in my 40+ years that actually does what needs to be done but doesn't try to have you pay for things you don't need. The procedures were painless and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every single staff member I have met has been awesome and genuinely caring and I now have my kids go here because I have so much faith in them. One of my daughters is special needs and can be tough at times but Dr Heinzen is brilliant with her and makes it so when I tell either of them they have an appt they don't get scared and don't put up any kind of resistance.
