We took our 13 year old daughter in to Lila Wilson for a checkup, and found out she needed a filling. Lila filled it same day, and then came out to consult with us IN THE WAITING ROOM, where there was no privacy!! After more than a week, the filled tooth was still painful, and we scheduled a follow up appointment. Lila said my daughter must just have "sensitive teeth," and that there was nothing she could do about it. After several weeks of continuing pain, we decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out that Lila had overlooked a gap that she left in the filling, which was leading to my daughter's pain. My daughter was never afraid of the dentist until her experience at Lila Wilson's office.

He is so incredibly caring and compassionate (even with the parents!). Our son is very afraid of going to the dentist and from day one, Dr. Bjarnason has been top-notch. I cannot believe how lucky Redding is to have gotten such a great guy! He treats our son as though he is one of his own and doesn't ever push or scare him into treatment if our son is hesitant. He goes out of his way to inform the parents of what is taking place at each examine. I am a worrier (to say the least) and he never makes me feel silly for asking so many questions. Our son is actually excited to go talk to "Dr. Aaron" when we tell him we have an appointment. Even if we lived outside of Redding, knowing how great Dr. Bjarnason is, we would drive miles to see him-no joke. The office is clean-clean-clean, bright and has an exceptionally friendly staff. We feel very lucky to have found such a great dentist for our son that just happens to be a wonderful person too!
