They were able to take care of my son's cavity right there at the first visit and it was super quick. I went back today for my extra work. I explained that I'm a big baby and don't do well with the injections. Dr Malotky was very understanding and patient. She explained how she intentionally tries to lessen the discomfort and hoped I would be pleasantly surprised. And I was!!! It was the first time I didn't cry from anxiety and/or pain. And the filling was a quick process. I'm so happy to have found her dental practice!!

However, in this case, I believe it is incumbant upon me to provide a review. I've been a patient of Dr. Tom Mullen's since he bought the business from the previous owner 30 years ago. Dr. Mullen is personable and skilled, but over the years, I've noticed quite a lot of personnel changes. A few years ago, I lost my insurance, and his wife Emily who runs the office would not even allow me to come in for teeth cleaning, much less get dental care because I had Partnership. When I got Delta, I went back in for a crown. The disrespect and disdain was still present. But as I said, I just overlooked it. The crown had some difficulty staying affixed and after repeated visits, it appeared to be solved. Each visit seemed to increasingly irk Emily. Some months later, the crown came off again and the office was closed for several weeks for family vacation. Upon opening, I made an appointment, but they couldn't get me in for three weeks in the afternoon. The day before the appointment, the crown came off and broke. When I came in, all they did was take xrays, and attempt to put me out another three weeks. I expressed my frustration of having this long delay (as it takes 10 min to re-cement a crown) contribute to breaking of the crown, and nothing but film and another three weeks of delay. Emily became exceptionally rude and yelling, told me that my comments about their delay were unwelcome, that it was my tooth's fault, that they didn't need my business, and that my insurance Delta was awful and no other dentist would take it. Her husband approached and offered to do it during his lunch as the earliest opportunity, which was very gracious, and in the midst of telling him he didn't need to give up his lunch, Emily interjected and screamed "That's exactly what you asking him to do." The day of the appointment, Emily went back to tell the staff and Dr. Mullen that I was there, and stated "I hope you enjoy not having a lunch today." Tom and the staff all laughed their derisive laugh. To date, the crown is still affixed, but if you have any self-respect, go elsewhere, like most of the staff have done.

People poked me and practically gagged me and didn't care about my mental health problems and how going there triggered them. Every time I went there I was never sure what was going to happen to me and there was always someone new working on my teeth. Before braces I did not mind having work done on my teeth and would enjoy going to the dentist but since my braces I've felt scarred for life. I'm happy to say that now, after my recent visit, things have completely changed. I revisited Karen and her team recently because of a chipped tooth and let me tell you, I am so thankful for them. They were fast, accommodating, and kind. I also noticed staff there that have stuck around over the years. This was the problem I had before when I had braces, there were always new people and no one stayed. I think that this experience was 100x better because they have experienced people working, not all new people. I'm really happy with my teeth and the overall service they provided. I now feel like I don't have to be afraid of getting work done on my teeth. If you are considering braces or have a child that needs braces, now is the time to go here!

Let's just say I left with not only a beautiful, clean smile, but a renewed vigor that I could actually get the care and service I expected from a local dental office! Not only was every single person I interacted with super friendly, but it felt like they truly had my comfort and concerns in mind at all times. The woman who did my appointment took multiple x-rays and pictures, being extremely thorough so her and the doctor could get a full understanding of where my dental hygiene was at. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was use to a teeth cleaning feeling way too fast and messy and the doctor only showing up to poke a few teeth, tell me it looks good, and then leave. Not here! She spent a sufficient amount of time making sure each tooth was cleaned properly and the doctor was in the room for probably 15-20 minutes going over all my concerns and options. They asked me if I had any specific questions or problems and then made it a point to answer each one and put a plan in place to follow-up where needed. I didn't feel like just a number or just another patient to push through the process! We purchased the dental savings plan so we knew our preventative care was handled and I feel the price ($475) was very affordable for everything it covers. While I am not looking forward to getting a few teeth fixed, I feel confident it will be handled with care and precision here! Thank you so much!

Honestly, this is a tough review to write. I have seen Dr Crummett in the past, and have had no…read morecomplaints. And the folks there have been nothing but friendly and courteous during my appointments. But this last visit was one of the worst dental visits I have ever experienced in my almost 60 years on God's green earth. I went in to get a crown. After the doctor had "numbed" me up, he began working on me and whatever he used did not do the job. The procedure was causing me pain. So I let him know, and he administered more anesthesia. However, that didn't help. I could still feel the work he was doing, and it was causing me a lot of discomfort. I decided just to grind through it and get it over with. Unfortunately, at one point he got me so bad I yelled out in pain. I was stunned at Dr Crummett's reaction. He got angry. I am the one who just got hurt, and he's the one fuming about it. No apology, just a furrowed brow. Soon after my appointment, I began experiencing pain in the tooth he worked on. Just couldn't bring myself to go back. That last visit was brutal. So scheduled a visit with my wife's dentist. I'd suggest looking elsewhere if you are in need of a dentist. It might be time for the dentist to call it a career.

I have a 30 year old crown that has never done this so I feel they are not performing quality work. I was stood up and the entire staff was standing around talking because they had canceled all of their appointments as the "stand in" dentist didn't come in that day. I rescheduled and went back and was told that the premium insurance I have always used there was no longer accepted in fact they stated they were "out of network on all insurance" and that I had to pay cash up front before being seen. This is an indication of something has gone wrong with this office, so I canceled and am billed $100. Glad to pay and will never go back. I do not recommend this business.
