My daughter hit her head on the overhead lights and the dentists just all stared at her and not even asked if she was okay. they definitely favorite other children, I saw a highschool not walk into the place and everyone was talking to him. the dentist lady's stopped working in my daughter just to talk to him. The main dentist dude was in his office talking about a sport to his friend instead of working. When he came out, my daughter admitted that she didn't wear her rubber bands as much. As a respons all the people in the dentist office crowed my daughter and started asking her really mean question and comments. My daughter was literally going to cry, she was holding back her tears. And she said another time a girl didn't wear her rubber bands, the dentist just simply reminded her to wear her rubber bands. This is way better compared to my daughters verbal bulllying. Overall, the dental office is clean. But the treatment they to do my child is poor. And they act like they get paid minimum wage at McDonalds, it's actually sad.

I'm happy to say that now, after my recent visit, things have completely changed. I revisited Karen and her team recently because of a chipped tooth and let me tell you, I am so thankful for them. They were fast, accommodating, and kind. I also noticed staff there that have stuck around over the years. This was the problem I had before when I had braces, there were always new people and no one stayed. I think that this experience was 100x better because they have experienced people working, not all new people. I'm really happy with my teeth and the overall service they provided. Dr. Cosh was thorough and attentive in her evaluation, she suspected the issue in my hip was likely muscular and provided practical stretches and foam rolling exercises to do at home. She also recommended weekly massage therapy following the chiropractic adjustments. I was scheduled with Jonah for massage, and he is absolutely incredible. With the combination of adjustments, massage therapy, and stretches, my pain was cut in half within the first week. I'm noticing continued progress with each visit and relief in areas I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Cosh, Jonah, and the rest of the team. I was referred to Churn Creek Chiropractic by my primary care physician after waiting over a month…read morefor my first appointment. Before my visit, I received an intake packet by email and was instructed to complete it ahead of time so the check-in process would be quicker. I filled everything out immediately, including marking the areas where I was experiencing pain, exactly as requested. When I arrived for my appointment, I was handed another copy of the same paperwork. After reviewing it, I was told that the areas I marked did not match what my doctor had written in the referral. Rather than asking questions or trying to better understand why there was a difference, I was left feeling as though I had done something wrong. As a new patient who had been waiting weeks for relief, I walked away from that conversation feeling like my appointment might not even happen because of something that could have easily been clarified. When I met with the chiropractor, I was informed that because of my insurance, he could only see me twice a month and that two visits per month would not be enough to make much of a difference. Hearing that at my very first appointment was discouraging and left me feeling as though my care was not worth the effort. The adjustment itself was extremely brief. The office had several adjustment tables lined up, and patients were moved through one after another in rapid succession. From my perspective, the experience felt more like an assembly line than individualized patient care. I never felt like my concerns or condition were truly being evaluated. After my adjustment, I was told I needed X-rays because the chiropractor did not want to continue treating me without them. Rather than ordering the X-rays directly or coordinating that process, I had to return to my primary care physician to request them myself. Even my doctor commented that this was unusual. I completed the X-rays as instructed and then waited to hear back from the office about scheduling my next appointment. I never received a phone call or any follow-up. Because of the overall experience and lack of communication, I asked my doctor to refer me to another chiropractic office. I was able to get in the very same day, and the chiropractor personally called me to discuss my condition before my appointment. That interaction immediately felt more professional, more personal, and centered around me as a patient. This review reflects my personal experience. My hope is that Churn Creek Chiropractic improves its communication and patient experience so people seeking help feel listened to, cared for, and treated like individuals--not like numbers.

Wow! What a brilliant mind! Absolutely the BEST Dentist ever! Dr. Carter's love & enthusiasm in helping her patients is contagious! She's caring, courteous, and honors people of 'all walks of life.' She has a vision for each patient's teeth and sees the best results not only for the teeth, mouth, jaw, but also for the over all appearance of the face. What a gift! What a talent! My teeth were receding like many people my age (62) & TMJ caused neck aches daily. After 3 months in invisalign braces ~ my aches were subsiding. Now, after 9 months in invisalign braces, I am amazed at not even thinking about taking an aspirin. I feel so much better!! I made an appointment with Dr. Carter needing to see a Dentist quickly. Her office staff were courteous and responsive to my questions. I was able to see the dentist within 24 hours. When I arrived at the office the staff greeted me by name. They had me do only the paperwork I needed. Dr. Carter introduced herself to me. She asked questions about what brought me to her and dental history. We discussed a course of treatment and scheduled the appointment. For later that day. Dr. Carter gave me (a shot) medication to deal with the pain since my appointment was three hours later. When I returned the staff again greeted me by name. The procedure started on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, the damage being addressed was more extensive than the original diagnosis. When changes in treatment and cost were made, Dr. Carter and her staff discussed with the changes both in treatment and cost. Both the doctor and her staff where courteous, punctual and professional. The dentist herself is also very knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention she holds a free dental day for those who are down on their luck financially or without dental coverage, she also allows for payments. Dr. Carter was very friendly and kind just like her staff, I felt like I was important to her and that my care was at the top of her priority list. BAD DENTIST!!!!! "Pay first upfront" $2,500.00 to save a tooth is their motto. Dr. Carter left a piece of an instrument in my husbands root canal which could be seen on an X-ray. He suffered pain and an abscess due to this root canal. We had a second, a third and a fourth opinion of three different dentists and they all say Dr. Carter should fix his tooth or return his money. She offered to return his money if he signed a release of liability document. He was not willing to sign said document until he knew there would be no more complications. Her staff also does not follow through on what they are supposed to be doing. They did not forward or ask for medical records before or after proceeding to work on him. Well, I don't have dental insurance - big surprise. However, Dr. Carter's office has a program that allows me to still get dental care and make payments! So, I was able to get my teeth cleaned for the first time in forever, and they feel amazing. Monique, my dental hygienist, was friendly, conversational, professional and just plain NICE! Dr. Carter was extremely friendly, and I didn't feel like she was suggesting any procedures that I didn't need, not trying to "make a buck". SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE ! We took our daughter to Dr. Carter and the Dr performed a procedure on her which I was highly suspect of. That night I called an out of state relative who is a dentist and explained what Dr. Carter did to him and he said it sounded like there was no medical reason for the procedure. He said it sounded like she did it only for the money and he suggested we take her to another dentist to look at what was done. The next day we went to a dental office with two Dr's and had both of them look at what was done. They both said it was an unnecessary procedure which should not have been performed. I ended up paying them to reverse it. I trusted Dr. Carter to care for my daughter and she harmed her. As a very protective dad, I'm more than pissed. read more

I've had Dr. Carver (and her staff) for about a year & a half, ever since moving up here. Every one of them seem geared toward making me feel comfortable, me who gets 'nervous' at a dentist office. (That's a Yankee understatement by the way!). Appointments are fit into my schedule almost always --she's a busy lady! And when I had an emergency I was seen right away. Office staff are totally aware of all the admin stuff needed (I hadn't a clue but I was easily informed of why this, why that.) Great dentist. Great staff. Takes time with patients & does fantastic job on cleaning and whitening services. She doesn't do like a lot of other dentists I have been to, who try to talk you into things you don't want. Had to get a couple fillings, no pain. Got gums deep cleaned, no pain. Saved me from a root canal and pretty bad ginvivitis that was making my gums receed. I smoke, and had bad stains from it, and now my teeth are white & sqeaky clean again. Told me all treatments available to me to improve my dental health but never pushed anything. Everyone in the office is cheerful and actually fun to be around. I heard about Dr. Carter from my Chemistry instructor (her husband). At my first appointment, she welcomed me with a smile and said; "I have heard a lot about you". That made me laugh. She made me immediately feel at ease. I knew my xrays would not be good as I had not seen a dentist in 5 years due to a lack of dental insurance. I visited Dr. Carter's office for a consultation about possible TMJ treatment options and a broken tooth. I found in everyone a delightful mix of professionalism and compassion. Now I have always felt like dentists will always find something and sure enough they did but it was work I know I needed and so proceeded to have it all done. I can honestly say that this is the only dentist in my 40+ years that actually does what needs to be done but doesn't try to have you pay for things you don't need. The procedures were painless and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every single staff member I have met has been awesome and genuinely caring and I now have my kids go here because I have so much faith in them. One of my daughters is special needs and can be tough at times but Dr Heinzen is brilliant with her and makes it so when I tell either of them they have an appt they don't get scared and don't put up any kind of resistance. They were able to take care of my son's cavity right there at the first visit and it was super quick. I went back today for my extra work. I explained that I'm a big baby and don't do well with the injections. Dr Malotky was very understanding and patient. She explained how she intentionally tries to lessen the discomfort and hoped I would be pleasantly surprised. And I was!!! It was the first time I didn't cry from anxiety and/or pain.
