Their customer service model is top notch, making you feel like a customer and not just a patient with an appointment they need to rush though. They were informative about the procedure, and Dr. Blasingame called me the day after (on a Saturday) to make sure I was okay and provide me with his contact information in case I had any issues over the weekend. I highly recommend this office for any of those scary periodontal procedures. They also accept Delta Dental, which is a rarity lately.

Not to worry though, they were able to get me scheduled to be seen in less than a week. As luck would have it, they had a cancellation and called and got me in the next day. The office is clean and has a great view of the river, and they offer cold beverages while you wait. In addition, they use nitrous on request, which I have been given since childhood. Dr. Suarez was very kind and took time to make sure I was adequately numbed before he removed my molar. I was given verbal and printed after care. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

He did his best to diagnose and provide medication until I could see someone with more appropriate expertise in root canals. The staff there were all very friendly and professional. I appreciated being treated with care and that everyone explained what they were doing and why. Team Perio was out of network for my insurance but their price was reasonable and I was happy to pay it. I hope my insurer gets their head on straight.

Dr. Liska and staff, you are my heroes…read more Talk about a doctor and staff that are kind, accommodating, compassionate, and really know what they're doing. Everyone I interacted with there was amazing. Dr even called me a few hours after I got home to check on how I was doing, told me it was his cell and to call him over the holiday weekend if I have any issues because he wants to make sure I'm not stranded in pain over the long weekend. You guys, I nearly cried. Who does that these days? A diamond in the rough, that's who. I will eventually be going back to get a bone graft and an implant. I have a family member who had a bunch of teeth knocked out by a baseball when they were coaching little league, they have a ton of anxiety about even having an examination. I think I found just the place to send them to, so they will be in great hands.

I filled out the new patient forms on her website and received a call back within a business day. Her staff is responsive and efficient with scheduling. They were booked out a bit but added me to a cancellation list and I was seen shortly after my initial inquiry. Dr. Cosh was thorough and attentive in her evaluation, she suspected the issue in my hip was likely muscular and provided practical stretches and foam rolling exercises to do at home. She also recommended weekly massage therapy following the chiropractic adjustments. I was scheduled with Jonah for massage, and he is absolutely incredible. With the combination of adjustments, massage therapy, and stretches, my pain was cut in half within the first week. I'm noticing continued progress with each visit and relief in areas I didn't even realize were contributing to my discomfort. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Cosh, Jonah, and the rest of the team. Unfortunately for Cosh Chiropractic their receptionist Michelle was highly unprofessional and had a very rude demeanor that directly reflected the company's professionalism and culture. We are highly disappointed in our visit to Cosh and will not be returning or referring to others. My Husband and I are both Doctors and we also have a very big close-knit family as well as own multiple successful businesses in the Redding area, which is unfortunate for Cosh because due to Michelle's unprofessionalism, they will be missing out on many referrals to their office.
