Not to worry though, they were able to get me scheduled to be seen in less than a week. As luck would have it, they had a cancellation and called and got me in the next day. The office is clean and has a great view of the river, and they offer cold beverages while you wait. In addition, they use nitrous on request, which I have been given since childhood. Dr. Suarez was very kind and took time to make sure I was adequately numbed before he removed my molar. I was given verbal and printed after care. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

I was stood up and the entire staff was standing around talking because they had canceled all of their appointments as the "stand in" dentist didn't come in that day. I rescheduled and went back and was told that the premium insurance I have always used there was no longer accepted in fact they stated they were "out of network on all insurance" and that I had to pay cash up front before being seen. This is an indication of something has gone wrong with this office, so I canceled and am billed $100. Glad to pay and will never go back. I do not recommend this business.
