I felt like I could not breathe and had trouble swallowing- it was bad! Then they put this very long camera up your nose and down to check your throat. The whole thing took less than a minute. I could see inside my nose, the back of my mouth where my tongue was and my throat . He asked me to say eeee so I could also see my throat opening and closing. It was strange for sure. I did ask to record their recording bc that's my body and my right. It was a scary experience but it was nice to learn more about my body.

This surgery was partially successful, However, my primary reason for writing this review was that last year, Dr. Lee was very adamant that a salivary gland lump/cyst I had was nothing to be concerned about and several enlarged lymph nodes in my clavicle area could be looked at again in "several months". He knew I was a lymphoma survivor, yet said this, anyway. He was extremely arrogant and was very condescending. I then went to my prior oncologist, who got me a biopsy right away. It turned out to be diffuse large B cell lymphoma in my salivary gland. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, unless it was something very simple for him to deal with. If I could rate him 0, I would do so.

Go to Dr. Murray for advice you can trust and have confidence in. I will never go to another ENT if I can help it! As a plus, he's down to earth and great with kids!

The baby oil provided no relief. The untreated itching got so bad over the next eleven days that I canceled my Christmas visit to see my parents. I saw Dr. Soltany on December 29, 2023. He immediately looked in my ear canal and removed some dead skin from my left ear canal. He prescribed the right medication for both my ear canals and thoroughly answered my question about next steps. My visit with Dr. Soltany definitely was worth the wait.

The office manager should look at her computer activity to see if she is googling customers and perhaps deciding not to service them based on age or political affiliation? I called Cigna and they said this doctor is in network and HAS been taking my type of insurance? So this is discrimination on the part of the receptionist. Dr Mellis is wonderful. I have seen him off and on for years. This receptionist will be the downfall of his career.

But nobody, not even the good ones, can touch the level of care that Shor provides. He is off-the-charts smart, and he's dedicated to highly individualized care. He is open-minded but conservative, and his instincts are to be relied on without hesitation. He is also an exceptionally kind and decent man. When my daughter was quite ill and running low on options, Shor stepped in and saved the day. Since then, he's provided her with first-rate care as her general practitioner. Don't really know how to put it without sounding over-the-top and silly, but please take my word: He is simply the best there is.
