I can't recommend Dr Hwang- I had a 4-part sinus surgery with Dr Hwang and now I'm in constant,…read morechronic pain in my right sinus and Eustachian tube area, and I've also developed a facial spasm on my right nostril, due to the area being hit. The area is also frequently blocked or congested, and even nasal corticosteroids, allergy shots (I'm on the 2nd level of maintenance) and antihistamines aren't fixing the issue. This has made it hard for me to continue the sport I love, scuba diving. Another issue is that when the surgery was done, he didn't put the plugs/hard gauze into my sinuses to hold my septum in place while it heals. From what I researched, and checking with another doctor, putting these in is the best practice. Now it almost feels like it reverted, and got worse. I paid him in full for the surgery, and for everything, but when I went back for a follow up and explained the issues, he kind of just said everything is fine, but... it's definitely not. I left a review on Google, and even that he didn't seem to care. So it's alarming, because if you have trouble with Dr Hwang, is he really going to help you? Or is he just going to write you off, like he did me? I'm really hoping if Dr Hwang could help me get this resolved and actually look for a real solution to these clear issues and not just blow it off. Considering he's a doctor, and this is what he does, surely there's a way to fix it. If he ever makes things right I'll remove this. The baby oil provided no relief. The untreated itching got so bad over the next eleven days that I canceled my Christmas visit to see my parents. I saw Dr. Soltany on December 29, 2023. He immediately looked in my ear canal and removed some dead skin from my left ear canal. He prescribed the right medication for both my ear canals and thoroughly answered my question about next steps. My visit with Dr. Soltany definitely was worth the wait.

The office manager should look at her computer activity to see if she is googling customers and perhaps deciding not to service them based on age or political affiliation? I called Cigna and they said this doctor is in network and HAS been taking my type of insurance? So this is discrimination on the part of the receptionist. Dr Mellis is wonderful. I have seen him off and on for years. This receptionist will be the downfall of his career.

Dr. Shor is, without the slightest doubt, the finest doctor that I have ever encountered. I'm a…read morecynical fellow who's hard to impress, and there are a few other good doctors out there. But nobody, not even the good ones, can touch the level of care that Shor provides. He is off-the-charts smart, and he's dedicated to highly individualized care. He is open-minded but conservative, and his instincts are to be relied on without hesitation. He is also an exceptionally kind and decent man. When my daughter was quite ill and running low on options, Shor stepped in and saved the day. Since then, he's provided her with first-rate care as her general practitioner. Don't really know how to put it without sounding over-the-top and silly, but please take my word: He is simply the best there is.
