The company is listed on Yelp 3 times under different addresses so I also found that interesting. I originally booked a move out clean and paid extra on top of this for carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. You would think if there's an extra cost for flooring that this would be given adequate detail and attention in the cleaning process. While the carpet was cleaned, I'm not sure it was properly vacuumed as I found hair, lint, and dried pieces of clay in the carpet post-clean. I sweeped the tile and it seemed like it had not been touched at all based on how much dirt I accumulated. I also found dried ice cream stains on the floor in the kitchen, guess I shouldn't have expected for those to be cleaned to? To add, the baseboards were not cleaned in any of the rooms or living spaces. Baseboards were one of the first things listed for the clean on the invoice sent to me. Additionally, there should have been dusting high to low (also listed) yet there was a clear cobweb in a corner of the living room. Not a single blind was cleaned either. There were cabinets that were never wiped down on the inside and my bathroom cabinetry had a caked baking soda type of mixture all over it. It was incredibly frustrating to have to clean the missed areas that should have been included in the move out cleaning after I just paid $415. They did do a good job with appliances and the shower/toilet but that's pretty much where the compliment ends.

Friendly, Clean, Professional…read more I was given a 2-4p window for someone to come out, I was called before that time frame to be advised that they may be late and then again later to be told that it was taking longer than expected. I appreciate that China (the dispatcher) and then later Dominic (the plumber answering the call) were so communicative. Dominic took care of my sink right away but was able to show me a leak. He was concerned that because it was so late he didn't want to start replacing things (to stop the leak) and not have everything I needed and leave me without a sink, so he came back 2 days later and replaced the garbage disposal (which is where the water was leaking from) He also cleared the bathroom sink (which was draining slowly) in like 10 minutes. Dominic (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very tidy, cleaned up after himself and was very personable. He was nothing but nice and professional and I appreciate all the help he gave. Over all, great communication and a good (albeit expensive... isn't it always?) experience.

The concern for our indoor pets was a top priority which calmed use down. Their setup was impressive and their experience showed. They used corner protectors to shield our paint and drywall corners (Nice touch). Max did a great job explaining process of cleaning, matching grout color and sealing and Anthony (his color expert) did a great job as well. Our whole house only took a few hours (including walk-in shower). Max was very personable and made me feel like family or friend. When available he included my wife in conversation and decision making. That is one of my pet peeves when someone excludes my wife and ignores her. BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
