This company is absolutely FRAUDULENT! DO NOT, and I repeat…read moreDO NOT request cleaning services from them. I'm an active short term rental host and I trusted them to do a routine cleaning. Before the "cleaning" was done they cancelled on the agreed upon date, I had some flexibility and moved the scheduled cleaning. The next day someone was in my unit to clean. Words cannot explain the level of disgust I experienced when I walked in to my home. There was myriad of issues however the most glaring issue was the shower. The shower was untouched from the previous guest (10-day stay). Dirty footprints, grime, and hair all over the shower floor. Not to mention hair strands sticking up out of the drain. The bed was sloppily made, stains on the kitchen countertop, hair & crumbs on the couch, sticky floors throughout, etc. They did agree to do a free redo. The next day someone was sent to my home. Thank God I decided to go drop some essentials off at the place before my next guest was slated to check-in. Mind you, I was about 47 miles away. First red flag was my unit was left unlocked (keyless entry pad). Once I entered the unit I headed straight to the shower (while walking over sticky floors) to my surprise the shower was left exactly the same. As a business owner I had to do what I had to do in that instance since I had a guest arriving in a couple of hours. Several other places in the unit were left extremely disgusting. If I would not have went to audit the job my reputation as a host would've been tarnished. The owner did not allow me to send pictures of the job so I will leave them here. We were told initially that if we were dissatisfied, we would receive a full refund. Not only did they not honor that, the owner proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. Treacherous business practice, unprofessionalism, and no integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ever use this "company".

We do have one small dog and cat, and a large dog, so it's a lot of cleaning. The booking process was easy over the phone and I am very happy with communication up to cleaning day. I received text messages when our cleaner Meko was en route on the day of our cleaning, and when she had arrived. Meko did an absolutely stellar job on the areas that she cleaned. Every single bit of pet hair and dust was gone and the house looked way better. Unfortunately there was an upcharge for the amount of pet hair she encountered but that seems reasonable for a one time charge. I would say for the price and the amount of cleaning needed, this company offers a pretty good deal compared to other local companies. We have requested our cleaner Meko back next month as well.

Customer service was great and even offered the team to come to the house again free of cost however the attitude of the team that came back was horrendous. 5 ladies showed up nearly 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, the evening before an important…read moreevent the following day. My appointment was at 3P, they showed up at 5P. I was immediately concerned as housework is HARD, HARD work. But I was assured the team was fine and not tired. The house seemed clean when they left; however, I found two puddles of puddles of cat vomit were left - one behind a couch, the other under it. There was (I'll just say "material") left under the rim of one toilet. I had asked and was told they would honor my recycling policy, yet I could not find my garbage nor my recycling (I'll get back to this point) and, all my plastic bags, that had been saved in their own basket, had been put in yet another plastic bag and chucked into the garbage. So why was I looking for the recycling anyway? I noticed the dirty toilet early the next morning when I had bent over to flip my hair and thought 'sheesh, really?' and went to get my toilet brush that I kept in the plastic bucket that also held the recycling in the bathroom. Well, it was gone, tossed out... I keep the brush in the recycling bucket because I live in a small crowded house that demands compromises. The previous time they had come, I had mentioned to Maria's husband, Uriel, that these were not trash, please make sure they were not thrown away. Yes, I should have mentioned it again, but since I had not, I went to get it out of the recycling. It is not there. The previous time they cleaned, I had also asked them to honor my recycling policy. When I saw they had chucked all my garbage and recycling into their vehicle to remove from the property, I was a bit concerned but did not say anything. This time, Maria denied having taken the recycling with her, but - WHERE IS IT? Why is it not in the recycling container that goes out to the curb? So, the house is somewhat clean, my recycling is NOT where I asked for it to be put which is a problem because they threw away my toilet brush, which I now get to replace (yay), and have to spend precious time and more money to do that (yay). I am so relieved you could take stress off my plate. And they apparently remove garbage/recycling from your property. If I did not shred, I would be even more stressed about it... So for $24 per hour, they cleaned a kitchen (easiest task in the house), made up a bed (not put sheets on, just spread up the sheets, comforter, pillows), mopped a very dirty floor, dusted a fan, vacuumed (and managed to leave stuff behind, see pic), and cleaned two very small bathrooms. 5 man hours... Two rooms of the house were too cluttered to get to w/ laundry, office stuff... I have one word for this outfit - "Next".

First off I want to give credit that the two technicians that came into my home were very polite…read moreand professional when they were speaking to me. The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

Couple small complaints, one being that we had scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, it ended up getting pushed to Monday at 11am because of their Sunday job lasting longer than expected, which was okay considering Sunday was a day of request anyways. However, I got a call Monday morning at 9:50am saying they would be there in 20 minutes. 50 minutes earlier than scheduled wasn't something I could accommodate for, but they thankfully pushed it out to 10:30am. However then arrived at 10:45am. So the timing overall wasn't a great start. Lastly, the pricing seemed agreed upon and clear in the beginning, but I was told I wouldn't receive the 15% off because that was only for additional services, not the entire service. On yelp it does state it's 15% off for new customers and I didn't see any fine print stating otherwise. I also confirmed I would be getting the 15% off through messages, but I guess they have an AI bot and that's who I got my response from, which then made my 15% off invalid. Nonetheless, the guys were understanding and accommodating which I appreciate and did apply a discount. Overall, I am happy with the service and pricing provided, I just wish it was a smidge more seamless throughout.
