I told him I had cats and to remove the hair before he steam cleaned my furniture. She said he wouldn't have to because his equipment would take care of it. I took my cat hair remover and scraped gobs of cat hair from all the items he finished. I asked him to stop and leave. Stay away from Alert Cleaning services if you looking for professional experience and value for your money. We had very unpleasant experience with Alert Cleaning services, we paid $1215 for 4 bed 2.5 bath 2758sqft house, interior/exterior window cleaning, move out cleaning service , expected power / pressure washing patio/porch for $99, oven, fridge , garages . Olga took the sale call. They have serious miss-communications through the chain. Had to spend several calls with them to explain that billing is incorrect , I had paid booking fee which is not correctly captured in the bill, the constant answer from Olga that his supervisor says they received different amount ( I am not sure he even checked back with them), I even sent my bank statement showing zelle transfers. When I ask to add Supervisor to the email thread to clear the miss- communication they refuse to do so, clearly unprofessional. They dont double check their billing issues , and miss-communication and customer has to prove with the receipts, If its not over small amount I felt like filing consumer online fraud complaint, Cleaning service were sub-par, we had to inspect them several times to show the incomplete work they are doing, and had to spend several hours with them, its very unprofessional to not do the job they signed up for. The cleaning ladies are not sure all the services we requested for , and spent nearly 10hrs to do the job. We expected to get power washing for the porch/patio for a 100sqft area when we pay $99, but all they did was mop the patio, and just dust the porch ( didnt mop porch) . read more

I would not recommend this company. The team left debris on my driveway from their carpet cleaners and they decided to use our bathroom and leave feces smeared in my toilet. We discovered it as we were doing final walkthrough with landlord and it was so embarrassing. Also disclaimer that a move out clean DOES NOT include wiping down or spot cleaning walls. For $469.00 move out clean ( not including carpets) I expected more from this company. Also the team that arrived didn't speak any English, we had to rely on google translation. I believe if someone spoke English things would have had more clarification and expectations would have been met. Just please beware of this if you decide to use this company. read more

When I first contracted Alert for bi-monthly general cleaning, they were reliable and proficient. As time went on, service became increasing erratic. Scheduled times constantly changed and sometimes the day of the week changed with inadequate notice. When I returned home, the furniture was out of place, pictures askew on the walls, and occasional items broken. The final straw was having the cleaners show up unannounced and unexpected, whereupon the company wanted to charge me a $95 cancellation fee. It's time to move on to a company that can be more reliable. read more

This company did such a fantastic job on our apartment move out cleaning. The communication was good in scheduling and updates on the time of arrival. The three ladies that came worked so hard and I could not have been more pleased with their work. We hired Alert Cleaning Services to do a move out clean and carpet cleaning in an apartment that we rented for a little over a year. I had heard good things about them on Facebook so I thought I would give it a try. I handled everything through Facebook messenger and Olga was very prompt when messaging me and did everything requested. The cleaning crew was very professional and did a great job on the apartment, our complex couldn't find any reason to charge us upon move out! After the carpets were cleaned they looked brand new. Reviews can be tricky. You see all 5 star reviews and then there is this one, mine, that makes no sense. Customer service is huge for me. Some people are bitter and do a review just to be hateful and sometimes they never even receive a service. I reached out to Olga this past Sunday after she responded to my post in the Go Gilbert FB site. I saw all the awesome reviews so I moved forward. I explained to her, through messenger, that I was looking for a deep cleaning for my home that we are moving out of. I needed someone this week and she said she would look at the house this Thurs and give an estimate depending on the condition of the house, she would tell me cost. The cleaning service would be this Friday. I told her that would be perfect. I reached out to her today and she said the cleaning was scheduled for tomorrow(wed) I reached out to her because she never gave me a time to meet on Thurs for AN ESTIMATE. I reminded her that we decided on giving me an estimate on Thurs and the cleaning would be Friday. Her original response: "Thursday morning, cleaning will be on Friday afternoon. CASH will be good.. please send me address" (I sent her the address) She said she couldn't do the house cleaning on Friday and she was trying to help me since I requested asap this week. But she never told me about the change and she said she had no availability on Friday. Good thing I reached out to her today. What? I had to reach out to her for a time to meet. She changed it without telling me. We made arrangements to have someone come in and clean the tile tomorrow (wed) She couldn't accomadate me for the Friday she scheduled me for. So I was out of luck. She asked me (or said) "do you need to cancel then" ummmm well yes! I couldn't believe it. Changed the date, changed the time, never told me and no big deal to her. Her response, "yeh sorry" Of course I cancelled because I had no choice. I am sure the cleaning service is fine. I see from the reviews that she has a good service in that regards, but I was just blown away by the lack of communication and the response was ...yeh sorry (her spelling) which tells me there has to be a language barrier somehow.
