We ordered the steamed veggie dumplings and the pork bao buns. We were quoted 5 minutes, and when we came back from ordering at another vendor, they were ready. The bao buns (2 per order) are really good, and for one person they would be a perfect lunch. The steamed dumplings though, are top notch. The employee who took our order was super friendly and seemed happy to answer my questions about the menu. I started with a mango fruit tea with blueberry popping Boba. It was a little light on the tea and tasted more like a juice but it was very refreshing and the bona was very good. $6.50 is a good price and I was happy with my choice. I ordered the udon stir fried noodle for $11. You can add a protein for an additional charge, but I knew I would be sharing a couple of meat dishes so I passed. The noodles were very flavorful and the mushrooms were amazing. It was a pretty nice sized portion that I shared with 2 other guests. We also ordered the dumplings, which is the reason, we went here. They eere crispy on the outside and the pork was soft on the inside. They came In nice sauce with plenty of seasoning. 8 pieces for $10 is also a good price. The third item we got was the chicken bites. A small is $7 and it's a generous portion. They were a little on the spicy side for me, but my guests enjoyed them. The food at Dang Dude was great after a long walk along the boardwalk. Ordered the karaage chicken bites, spicy chicken wings, sesame noodle salad, and the taro boba tea. The main guy Julian was very quick with the food turnaround and supplied us with extra ice in the drinks to stave off the heat. There was space to eat in front of the restaurant and near the turf lawn near the waterway. A lot of nice but not loud music playing and plenty of shade. It took about fifteen minutes for us to get our food, but our friends who came around about five minutes after we got our food got theirs in about five minutes so it is the luck of the draw. We ordered the Chilled Sesame Noodles, $11 and the Five Spice Pork Belly $8. For the five spice pork belly, I was expecting it to be on a bao bun, but it came out on a hamburger bun.
