I have been a member of 2 other local gyms, could not remain a consistent member. December 2025 my wife convinced me to stop-over at Lifetime. Nick Sanders took us on a tour, explained the facilities, costs, etc. I am overwhelmed by the place & concerned I won't fit-in nor learn he equipment. Nick spoke extensively with me about how common this emotion is for both women & men! He counseled me to take 1 step at a time and understand this was an important lifestyle decision. Joined the club & will begin the journey after returning from visiting the grandkids in California, where btw they have a club not far from their home. Wish me luck!

She is currently a high school senior balancing final exams, end-of-year sports commitments, concerts, and other school obligations she has committed to through graduation. Throughout communication with the manager she would be reporting to, she provided the days and times she was available based on her school schedule and activities. However, no specific onboarding or training dates were clearly communicated upfront, such as mandatory dates for the team. After a misunderstanding regarding "next week" versus the week after Memorial Day -- when she actually has days off from school -- she received a message stating that more availability was expected from her. Shortly after, he informed her that he would have to let her go because of this. What was also concerning was the expectation of ongoing text communication during the school day. In New York, students are not permitted to be using their phones during school hours, yet she felt pressured to respond. Students and parents should be aware of this lack of communication and understanding when dealing with high school applicants. Clear onboarding expectations and schedules should be communicated upfront, especially when hiring students who are still actively in school. A little professionalism and respect for academics would have gone a long way here.

She even made herself available for me to see the studio before normal business hours. It's always great to meet small business owners who truly understand the concept of exceptional customer service. The studio is brand new and clean. This is not your typical warehouse. We saw another studio which was run down, dingy and falling apart. We were very happy with the ambiance and cleanliness of the venue. The studio is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. Our instructors were Serafina, Daniella and Brianna. The three of them were amazing and everyone appreciated their nurturing demeanor. From the moment we arrived to set up, they were on top of everything. The kids attending the party ranged from 3 to 12 years of age and all had a great time. They actually learned the names of every child at the party! Congrats to June for hiring such hard working and professional young ladies. They are a tremendous reflection of your successful business model. My only suggestion would be to add more pictures to the website. It would have made our decision so much easier. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday a memorable event!

Done by H.S. students, seen in Middle School. I had also seen a flier on a store window that read "This Time" at Plainview H.S. My confusion came with questions of who were putting on the performance, High School or Middle School students and if there were two different schools with two different performances. Unsure,I called the JFK H.S. during business hours. The office woman said that she was unfamiliar with the "This Time" information and reinforced info of the High School production and its location. Location: Performed at: POB Middle School. A $15.00-dollar ticket at the door with a $12.00 advanced purchase * and honoring Senior Citizens; this performance was free to them. I walked in from a sunny day to a transformed day and time on stage for yet another performance of Mamma Mia that was equally fine and beautifully adapted, with a lot of students, a smallish stage, concise choreography, and effective affects. Or is that affective effects? Ok, **o English teachers, where are you? It doesn't work without all the puzzle pieces. Adaption is the key, to working with what you have and improvising as you go along; particularly the behind the scene staff and crew and all the hard work to make it look easy when the final productions come together. There were many people to acknowledge in this process. The Orchestra was at floor level front and center and was well directed with smooth transitions from song to song. The movements of the percussion members added to my enjoyment as they followed, tapped and sang along in some spots. The voices: and expressions were fine from both the male and female rolls along with the background singers filling in. The dancers: coming off stage to sing within the aisles added to the uplifting spirit of audience participation. So maybe not everyone was up and dancing in this performance, but I bet some of the senior crowd were clapping along. The outfits and costumes were, again, I want to use the word effective. (am I the only one who doesn't know the correct word definitions here?) I loved the scene with the young men dancing in "flippers". Also, the black light green hats caught the feeling of flow in the dream sequence. One thing I thought I noticed, was an outfit from the trunk was in gold but when the girls came out to sing, they were in silver bling. Though all of it, had such pretty colors. Upon entering the school there were raffles for sale of different prices, colors and choices with bags in front of the baskets, to place tickets and a 50/50. Though I could see much efforts in the set up and work involved in presenting and selling them, I had no clarity of how to know when to check my tickets.I didn't recall hearing in opening announcements, anything about, checking the list to see if you had won, after the show. (One would think this is common sense but sometimes the winner doesn't have to be present) So, at the end of the show, I did go over and I was directed to a clearly written paper with the winning numbers. Alas I was one number off. All in all, this was an entertaining performance and I shall keep an eye out for others in the future.
