I am beyond grateful I went here! First, I have never tried dip nails before. Second, there are several nails places in this area. I read the reviews on all of them and found this place to be the best based on recency. Oh my wow - I would give this place 7 stars if I could! It was clean, the staff was friendly, confident, and not pushy. This might seem wrong to say, but the accents were minimal and it was comforting to understand what my artist was saying. He also made sure that I knew what to expect as far as how my nails would look when finished before completing the process. The prices were absolutely fair - right in the middle, as expected. There are so many nail salons in the area, so I have been window shopping for a while and trying them all out... Finally found a home! One of the main reasons I like this nail salon over all the others is because of the top quality nail service and location. I feel like getting a no chip nail is the new bread and butter of your everyday nail salon, however not all nail salons do a good quality nail service that warrants my hard earned $40. I have been a nail biter since I was a toddler and fighting the urge and ability to bite my nails at all requires getting them done with no chip every 3 weeks (I know, woe is me, but I feel so confident and beautiful with my nails done and long!). When I got my nails at Danada Nails I noticed that Jessica, my manicurist, took extra, extra, extra attention to detail and made sure the edges of my nails did not have polish spillage, that I was getting the right thickness in my French manicure lines, and that she gave me all the tips on how to make my no chip last as long as possible. Did you know that hand lotion actually weakens and darkens no chip manicures? Me neither! She actually recommended oils, like cuticle oils and rose hip oils, if you want your nails/cuticles moisturized (lotion can be applied everywhere else except nails). In previous nail salon experiences I feel like nail technicians did my nails really fast and almost mechanically. Jessica on the other hand made conversation and talked about how doing nails is like an art, and you have to be intentional and precise. I could tell she actually cared about doing an excellent job and was so proud of the results. I liked how she was very communicative and asked exactly what I wanted for my French manicure. She did them perfectly and I am so happy with the result. Danada Nails will be my home from now on for everything nails. read more

I went here for the first time about a week ago and I am so happy I did! First things first, they don't play about COVID. Temps are checked as soon as you walk in, you have to have a mask, and they make you wash your hands immediately. Good spacing too. Super clean! I felt very safe there. Second, I got a pedi and a dip manicure and both were amazing! I felt so relaxed the entire time! I am very particular about my nails and the technicians listened to my wants, and actually came back with better suggestions. Pricing was very reasonable as well! The service is what really does it for me. Everyone is so kind here. No high pressure sales, lots of smiles and easy conversation. Everyone seemed like they love working here. I have only had two pedicures here so far, but they have been wonderful! Each staff member we have encountered has been friendly and courteous. The foot/calf massages are the best. And they use plastic liners in their bowls plus wear gloves, so I feel like it is very hygienic overall. I can't wait get my nails done to see how those hold up. But my toes last a good long while and I'm always craving to go back and get pampered. They have the good massage chairs, too! With all of the amenities in the area, this is really a great location. I would suggest calling ahead to make an appointment, as that is what I have always done and it has worked out well. You won't be disappointed when you get your nails done here! read more

Came to this salon a few times and none of my experiences were very positive. Decided to try somewhere new after I left twice with one or more of my natural nails ruined. And they still made me pay after the girl doing my manicure drilled straight through my nail. If you're going to go here i'd try to not go when it's busy. That's when it seems they get a little careless and try to get you in and out as fast as possible. read more

Needed bright fun nails for my honeymoon and this place delivered. I'm from round lake and I first came out here for my 'bachelorette party' nails. I was impressed with Nhi's attention to detail. Sadly, this was not the salon where I chose to get my 'wedding day nails', and I wasn't going to make that mistake again! I made the hour commute and came back for a no-chip pedi and the dips again and was just as impressed! I love my 'honeymoon nails'! Everyone is so welcoming and nice! I'm usually not the type to write a review on social media sites, but the service I received today at the salon begs a difference. I walked in to Danada Nails without an appointment and the place was quite busy. I talked to the receptionist (who is attentive and helpful) and she was honest about the wait time (30-45 mins). I saw the tech who worked on me the last time, but she was booked for the rest of the day so I told them that I can go with someone else. While waiting, I had a nice time chatting with the front desk gal, who was telling about her wedding plan and such...she was really personal. Then the manager approached me asking if I wanted something to drink. They were all complimentary so why not. I asked for a cup of tea and that what I got: a flavorful cup of tea with the leaves still steeping inside...awesome! Within 10 mins into my waiting time, I was brought to a pedi chair and the tech started to work on me. I told her that my feet were gross because it was a long time since I had a pedicure. The tech just smiled and said, "that's okay". She was gentle and thorough with her work. She also gave me an amazing massage...Thanks! My feet haven't looked better in months! While the tech was working on my genetically not so blessed feet, I saw something wonderful too. A woman who walked in was flustered, something about her missed appointment or whatever. The manager calmly sat down on the chaise with her and gently consulted her, then efficiently organizing someone to take care of her. Later on, I saw the same girl crouched down to tie someone's shoelaces since the woman was having difficulty with them. That level of service is exceptional and I don't regret coming here and will be coming here in the future. read more

My family just moved to Wheaton but I live in an apartment in the city for school, and I have this bad habit of thinking any service is better in the city. I went here when I was visiting home and had a GREAT experience. I was a walk in and they took me within 15 min when they were very busy anyway. My no chip mani and pedi took longer than I expected because they did not skip out on the quality. My appointment ended up going a couple minutes past their closing but my technician didn't care and took her time with everything anyway. My nails look perfect and she massaged my hands, arms, feet for so long that I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! I'm so happy with this place that I'll just continue to get my nails done here when I'm visiting my parents instead of in the city. They deserve a much higher rating. read more

AWESOME SALON! Where do I start? I scheduled the appointment online and showed up late for my appointment. They were so nice and polite. They took me in right away. No condescending attitude at all. They then ask me if I'm allergic to latex. It was the first time I was asked medical related questions in a nail salon! This told me they take my well being very serious.
