I read the reviews on all of them and found this place to be the best based on recency. Oh my wow - I would give this place 7 stars if I could! It was clean, the staff was friendly, confident, and not pushy. This might seem wrong to say, but the accents were minimal and it was comforting to understand what my artist was saying. He also made sure that I knew what to expect as far as how my nails would look when finished before completing the process. The prices were absolutely fair - right in the middle, as expected. I absolutely highly, highly, highly recommend this place. The photo of the curled hand is my actual nails; the other photo is the photo I showed my artist. I did tell him that I was flexible, but this was the idea I was going for.

My last visit was the worst. I asked for no polish and was told the price would be reduced, but they still charged full price and denied ever saying it. I paid **$86.00**, including a small tip, even though the work was rushed, and the gel still looked rough. There's always a different technician who can't communicate clearly, which makes it even more frustrating. I won't be returning. And he said not to touch my hair. I pulled my hand up to see the nails and he not pull up my hand as the polish will start running. What?!?! I've never had this kind of poor experience before. I had French manicure with a coat of sparkles.....he never asked what kind of sparkles I wanted, just applied whatever was on his table. Then charged me $15 extra for "the design". My granddaughter had dip with different nail colors, and he charged I think $25 extra for her. A total of $168 for 2 rude manicures. When we walked out I asked my granddaughter casually how she liked it, and her reply was they're very condescending and she didn't feel like even asking them for a free drink. The free drink is definitely not worth the amount we paid and the worst service we ever received. Never going back and will advise all my friends and family to avoid this place. She told me she would talk to corporate and did call me back later that night only to tell me again that there was nothing the company would do about it. Then I was forced to pay because they already had my card on file and "could not discount it." That has to be illegal; it is stealing from me because I did not agree that price. I was told repeatedly that contacting upper management would not make a difference in resolving the issue because they would just kick it back to her and there was nothing she could do. Sent this message to "corporate" guest relations only to have it kicked back to the same manager I dealt with at the appointment, and she still would not adjust the charges.
