Took my son in for haircut months ago and when I walked in they asked if they could help me and said yes a haircut. They said ok then asked if it was for me or him. When I said for my son they said sorry please make appointment. The entire reason I walked in is because the front door says "walk-ins welcome". 2nd time trying on a different date we "walk-in" again because other salons were closed and The lady took my son right away. I explained his normal haircut that I haven't had issues with before. Well unfortunately I can't not post an honest review. It was crooked and looked like a trainee did it. Maybe too modern for the stylist so they had trouble? We won't be going back bummer. I was impressed with how services, hair product, wigs, and jewelry that was displayed. Also, she was very nice.

I just love rella. She always takes care of me. Including hair coloring and waxing Services. Her place is gorgeous. She sells so many different kinds of things and her wig collection is incredible. Thank you rella. For always pampering me.

Let me start off by saying the woman at the front desk which I'm assuming was the manager was the most condescending person. I was extremely unhappy with a botched color and cut and I was basically told it "wasn't that bad" I ended up arguing my point for about thirty minutes about my unhappy experience to the point that she ended up cutting me off and telling me "to stop my whining and she will give me a partial refund, since this is just going to ruin your day and mine too." As if her day being ruined for MY botched hair had anything to do with my refund. Also the stylist was so kind but was very outdated. He didn't even dry my hair all the way because he clearly didn't know how to do a blow out with someone with curly hair. I left the salon with my hair still wet.... Overall kind stylist (but botched my hair) and EXTREMELY rude owner. I would take your business elsewhere if you want basic respect. Pics below are what I got besides what I asked for.

I opted for an anti-aging facial and booked with Nicole based on review recommendations. I loved her! I only had one facial in my lifetime and that was in April at the Cosmopolitan's spa in Vegas. That facial couldn't even compare to the anti-aging facial I received at Me Spa. After my experience with Nicole, I know what an excellent facial should be. Nicole started by meeting me in the relaxation room and wrapping a warm towel around my neck and brought in a basin and filled it with warm sudsy water to soak my feet. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Nicole came back to dry my feet and then escorted me to her room. The anti-aging facial comprised of cleansing, applying serums and lotions, exfoliation, vitamin C peel and cupping. Yes, cupping on my face. Everything that Nicole pampered me with was gentle to my face, hydrating and refreshing. Not only did I get a facial, but I got an upper body massage and a foot massage and moisturizing treatment. It was so much more than just a facial. I highly recommend the anti-aging facial. And not only do I recommend that, but I highly recommend Nicole as well. I can't wait to go back Me Spa. I left with a beautiful glowing and hydrating face.

We've spent thousands of dollars over time and built what we thought was a positive relationship with your team. However, I'm deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently. Months ago, I had to cancel an appointment on the day our beloved golden retriever passed away. It was an emotional, heartbreaking day, and canceling was not a decision I took lightly. Since then, I attempted to rebook verbally for a future date and called to confirm--only to be told you would no longer accept advance bookings from me. I was told I could only do same-day appointments due to "multiple cancellations." One of those was the day my dog died. The lack of empathy, understanding, or even basic professional courtesy in this situation is staggering. There was no outreach, no consideration for our long history as paying, respectful clients. Instead, I was shut out. This is not how a professional salon should treat anyone--let alone a loyal customer. I'm shocked and hurt by the cold, dismissive response I received, and I'm still waiting to hear from a manager. Frankly, I don't understand what kind of customer service process allows for this kind of treatment. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend your salon to others based on this experience. When I booked the appointment through the online portal and selected her as the colorist, the estimated cost was listed at approximately $120. I understand that pricing can vary, but I do expect some level of transparency and consistency when booking services. When I arrived, Colette initially complimented my current hair (brown with highlights), but then questioned my decision to go back to a single dark brown color. Rather than feeling guided or supported, I felt uncertain and somewhat discouraged about my choice--even though I knew exactly what I wanted. A more reassuring and collaborative approach would have made a big difference. Shortly after, I was informed that the service would cost $160, which was significantly higher than the quoted estimate I received when booking. This was not clearly explained beforehand, which added to my frustration. During the application process, I felt the service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The color was slapped onto my head --within about 15-20 minutes--and it felt careless at times, as I ended up with color on my sweatshirt and hands. The overall experience came across as unprofessional, and it gave me the impression that the service was being hurried, possibly due to the time of day. Afterward, I was taken to the shampoo station. While the assistant was kind, the experience felt minimal--there was no conditioner massage or the level of care I've typically received during similar services. Once I was seated at the dryer, my hair was still quite wet, which I didn't mind. However, Colette briefly came by, said it looked good, handed me her business card, and quickly left. Overall, I paid $160 for a service that felt rushed, inattentive, and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disappointed, as though my money was not well spent.
