Customer Service was nice and helpful. Nothing Tiny here,…read morea huge store with a large selection of jewelry and watches new and pre-owned. I was looking for a particular watch and they had a display model so I was finally able to see it in person and on, which confirmed it is the one for me. Now just to sit back and wait. If you know, you know.

Tiny Jewel Box in downtown DC provides excellent customer service and turnaround time especially…read morefor Rolex service / repair related matters and ring repairs. I had a wedding ring and an engagement ring in need of repairs and they have provided me with detailed itemized quotes readily submittable to the insurance company. This was particularly helpful as I did not need to go back and forth just to get the form part sorted to have the items repaired. Unlike many of the other area stores that is considered authorized retailer for Rolex, Tiny Jewel Box actually has an onsite Rolex technician who can assist you on the spot. This is nice as the last time I took my watch elsewhere, they had to mail it off to the Houston factory and it took several months for it to return. Consequently, I was very pleasantly surprised when I went in to the store expecting to do the same mail out and wait for months ordeal. My watch was inspected on the spot with minimal wait time and it turned out I can just have my jubilee bracelet adjusted on the spot. This was helpful as I didn't want the crystal to keep banging against hard surfaces because it was too big around my wrist. It was really gracious of them that I did not need to make a separate appointment just so I can have the jewelry and watch service related matters addressed. There are many other retailers who has no appointments available for me to get items serviced or receive a mere quote for service. (Looking at you, Tiffany's and other jewelers) That part alone is huge, since it saves me so much time, and at no point did I feel unwelcome. Parking is available around the store on a street level and some paid / free. It's best to swing by during the weekdays to avoid road closures and otherwise. You can also use Amex, if you so wish.

Want service so fast that it will make your head spin? Have a stopped watch? If so, make your way…read moreover to Watch & Band Clinic for what must be the world's fastest watch repair. A bit of a time addict (you should see me pounce for the metro train one of these days), I came in desperately wanting to get my watch going as not having it functional was cramping my commuting routine. Well prepared to part with it for half the day, I indicated to the man behind the counter my problem and--before I could even ask when it will be ready and for how much--he disappeared in the back. Mouth still open mid a would-be sentence and a bit curious about this approach to customer service, I waited no more than 3.5 minutes. The man re-emerged with my revived watch and charged me ~$12. Mind you, during this time, he was able to serve 3 customers in parallel--me and someone else while addressing questions the other in-store visitor was asking and answering the phone. All this, while looking very casual and not at all rushed (aka, mad skillz). Although I dare hope that the battery lasts a long time, future watch repairs are coming here for sure. A little treat greeting me on my walk back: in that short time, he even managed to switch the date on my watch! Now that's attention to detail!

Terrible. I have a small desktop clock from Kate Spade that's motor had stopped working, and I…read morethought I'd try a watch repair place to see if it was fixable. This was near my work so I decided to give it a shot and I wish I had never gone there. 1. It took my THREE times to even drop it off. Every time I went (during business hours) I was told the repair man was not there so they weren't sure if they could accept it or not. I would be told a specific time to come back (say, "He'll definitely be here on Wednesday afternoon") and every time it was the same deal. 2. Finally, the repair man was there and looked at this small simple clock and said they could simply order a new part and replace it. I was told it would be ready in a week and I'd get phone call. 3. More than a week goes by and I don't hear anything. So I call the store, and am told they haven't been able to fix it yet. Check back in a week. 4. I check back in a week and am told they've had to special order a part -- and they will call me and let me know when it's ready. 5. Fast forward many weeks, still i have heard NOTHING. I finally call them again and am told "oh, we couldn't find the part, we can't fix it." So what happened last time when you told me you had ordered the part? It's now been MONTHS and I could have gotten this taken care of much faster somewhere else. Terrible communication and customer service. Unable to repair a small clock. Don't waste your time.

Recently purchased another Watch in the Kansas City area- from the only (wont name, but the Large…read moreJewelry Building in North KC, everyone knows which, as its seeen from the Freeways). And I felt compelled to write a reveiw for the Omega Boutique in Washington D.C., based off my recent expierence outside of DC. What a difference!. The Omega Boutique in DC, was "White Glove Service to a T" with a side of Scotch and Burbon! A~M~A~Z~I~N~G eveytime i wnt in there. and it quite frankly spoiled me for what I recently expierenced in KC. The (won't name) Store in KC, was a COSTCO warehouse non-personal expierence, and felt like they didnt care about a customer dropping over $10K as though it were nothing. The Omega Boutique in DC quite the opposite, and is nothing short of a "Wow!". the attention Christina and Tatiana show each customer is nothing short of 100 out of a 10. Would higliy reccomend, and will even be scheduling my vacation trips around my next purchase, to ensue it is from here in the future instead of a second rate store somewhere else. - Shawn

I later learned from the boutique in Tysons corner that the band was too large for my wrist and should have ordered a smaller one. I was disappointed to learn that I had misplaced my trusted in the DC boutique, which is particularly managed by a third party. I recommend driving to Tysons for expert service.
