The band looked like it had been worn down on purpose to look old, and the setting was cracked. They were very nice about it and didn't even talk badly about the person I bought it from. I returned the ring and worked with Cliff to source a legitimate antique diamond in a new, secure setting. I got a matching wedding band as well, and even though there was a bunch of issues with the company they got the wedding band from, they had great customer service throughout the process. The only advice I'd give them is to hire an administrative assistant to answer the phone, only to keep them from getting pulled away from the customers in the store. But I know they love talking to the customers themselves. It's part of why they are so awesome!

Replaced the stone, fixed the platinum, and shined everything up perfectly. The service was impeccable and right on--they gave me a time estimate and it was done right on time. The people who work there are so nice and friendly. They were really helpful and even let my little girl try on a few outrageously gorgeous rings, just for s's and g's. I was also impressed with how well priced the repair was--it was way, way less than I was expecting, and I was particularly blown away when I saw the finished product. It was spectacular. The jewelry is beautiful and there's a range of items, from tasteful and dainty to glitzy and showy. It's definitely on the expensive side, but then again, quality usually is. While setting up the appointment, the questionnaire asked which ring I was interested in, and if I had any other requests. I specifically requested the ring that my girlfriend liked, and had a request to bring in 2 others to help me pick out the ring. I got a confirmation email, and radio silence until the day before the appointment. The day before the appointment, I was again asked what ring I wanted, and can only bring one other person to view the rings. Concerned, so I tried calling. This was when I learn that it is impossible to call specific stores. The number goes straight to a call center. When I asked if I can talked to the store directly to confirm that they have the ring I was interested in, they said the store would call me back same day. They never did. Finally the day of the appointment, about an hour before, I finally got a phone call from a less enthusiastic person, Emely. She stated that they had the ring, and I could bring two others. At this point it was too late and I already told my 2nd person they couldn't come. When I arrived at the appointment on time, Emely was not there until about 5 minutes later. Again with the lack of enthusiasm. She walked us to her desk, and showed us the ring we were interested in, along with a few other comparables. They only had larger size rings to show. When asking basic questions, we got a bunch of "I don't know" and "I guess" response. Really soured our mood when ring shopping. Finally when we were wrapping up, I asked if there were any number I could call if I had any questions. She said to just email her, but she was not responsive to emails before. The lack of enthusiasm and responses gives me concerns to purchase the engagement ring here.
