Whoever you have working in customer support or your shipping sucks. I placed an order over a week ago and it's still not shipped. I had to return a necklace because it was tarnishing after a couple of weeks of wearing it and that took a week to get it back to distribution. Now another 10 days to get figure out if I'll get a refund or return. But for over 7 days to ship two necklaces that are one of your most popular items, specifically when it 3-5 days shipping. Oh but what that's after processing, but I can't get a processing time frame. read more

I wrote about some jury that I purchased for Kendra Scott will actually my daughter purchased it for me for my birthday. I thought it was beautiful. But then when I haven't wore it for a while and I went to go put on the necklace I noticed that the chain had turned colors, it looked like a piece of crap something you probably could get in the dollar store. They just responded to me. It was 10 months ago that I wrote the first review. We all know why they're responding now because it's around the holidays and they want you all to purchase their cheap jewelry that's going to turn colors if you want to see pictures look down and you'll see my pictures of the jewelry that they had I do not have the pictures anymore on my phone cause I just gave up I mean 10 months ago you don't hear from nobody and still they're not willing to do anything about it. Do not purchase this jewelry you will be disappointed, specially you guys if you get this jewelry for your women, they don't think you purchased something from the dollar store or the five dollar store. I'm serious good but it last no time at all it's cheap. I was in town celebrating my birthday and dropped in to buy a gift for myself. They have a very beautiful selection of jewelry with a broad assortment to meet different tastes while staying on brand. Customer service is outstanding. They give you the space you need to shop but are available and happy to answer questions. Throughout my experience in the store, I felt that the staff working really wanted me to be happy. I am in town staying at the NIH for awhile for a transplant. Every time I go in this store the associates are so friendly! They're always so open to helping me find the best pieces. I don't know how this store doesn't have more reviews because every time I've been in here it's been a lovely experience. Dropped by after work one afternoon to get a gift for my friend and the colorbar option was AMAZING. The young woman (I'm so sorry that I've forgotten her name) who helped me was so pleasant and helpful. She was also patient as I figured out what style and stone would be best for the gift and she definitely did her job well as I ended up walking out with additional purchases. They had everything imaginable jewelry wise from every day (because yes I wear my Kendra Scott almost every day now!) to perfect for going out or a more upscale night. I highly encourage everyone to check out this store and I'm surprised that Kendra Scott isn't more popular in the area. read more

This store has the friendliest, most helpful Kendra Scott staff I've come across.

I'm a long time (16 years) KS customer and have probably been to 20+ stores across the US. That being said, this one is one of my all time favorites. I went in to exchange something that I had purchased at another location and Caroline was so incredibly helpful. She was so sweet and helpful from the second I walked in. The earring I had an issue with (weird striation/pattern in the natural stone that didn't match the other earring like I wanted to) didn't match any that they had in inventory. She pulled out every single one they had and helped me look through them to try and best match it. When we couldn't find one that I really liked, she suggested we check another KS location. She called them, explained the situation and asked them to take photos of some of the darkest ones they had and send them to her phone. Within minutes, she was showing me pics from a location in another state. I picked a pair, she had them shipped to me at home at no charge and I received them within 2 days. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I actually left the store in a better mood than I was before. Customer service is so incredibly crucial, especially these days and sadly, too many people forget that. Every sales associate at the Bethesda store was helpful, friendly, upbeat and happy. They truly seemed happy to be there which makes a huge difference. Caroline was so much fun to deal with that I'm even more of a Kendra Scott fan than I was before, if that's possible. Hopefully the headquarters of KS realize (and recognize) how fortunate they are to have an employee like her who perfectly embodies everything that is great about Kendra Scott's mission and products. Very nice staff. However, the company's return policy is very poor. You will not receive your money back if you purchase an item in-store and choose to return the item. Exchange or gift card, yes, but your money back, no. Be aware before purchasing anything as the sales associates are not very clear about that even when directly asked. I was checked out on a mobile/hand-held device and should have had my receipt emailed to me. The transaction was charged to my bank but an emailed receipt was never sent to me. After calling the store twice to kindly ask if they could send me my receipt I was told they would call me back. I'm sad to say they never called me back and I was never sent an email for my item. If this is how Kendra Scott's policies and procedures are exercised at their customers' expense, I don't believe this store should be your first, or even second choice. read more

This is my favorite Kendra Scott store I've very been to (which says a lot, given my positive experience with the brand all-around)! The girl who greeted me when I walked in was SO sweet and helpful and checked on me just enough to make sure I didn't need anything (but she wasn't overbearing at all). Another lady came out and they chatted as I tried on jewelry, and I asked her about a ring I tried on. She asked if I'd also like to try another ring size and looked at them both on me for comparison. When I was almost done looking, the girl who initially greeted me let me know she was closing one of their two registers, but that didn't mean I should feel rushed at all, and she let me know the other register would still be open. Both women were so nice throughout, and even though I left empty-handed, they still gave me restaurant recommendations for dinner in the area!
