I have been a regular customer for a while, to the point that the sales lady recognizes me and my son. I purchased a $40 stuffed animal less than a week ago, for example. Anyway, I went to the store today with my son and let him hold a jellycat. We have so many (most purchased from this store), that I didn't want to buy it. I hid it from him behind the books because for anyone who has kids, sometimes that's what you have to do to avoid a tantrum. The store sent a male to come follow me to my car and ask me where it was. They obviously thought I stole it. At a minimum they should have sent a woman to come follow me and knock on my car window. Their excuse was that sometimes kids take things without their parents knowing. As if I wouldn't notice my BABY taking something - especially when buckling him into a car seat. And if I did notice I would have obviously brought it back. We've spent hundreds of dollars in this store on jellycats. Never again! Please don't shop here.

I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I guess discussing their happy hour plans was more important than assisting the customers. After I grabbed the items I wanted, I got in line. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that?
