The pump they installed cracked after 1 yr and they came and installed a new one. 10 months later the pump broke again. Their person in charge of customer satisfaction and warranties did not properly keep track of the install of the replacement pump. So since she failed to do this and my pump broke again after 10 months. They are refusing to fix it because they don't have a record of the installers. So now the burden is on me to fix something under warranty because of their negligence. Stay away and use a different company.

I am including information below to better educate the KayCee manager of the ADA law.
