Edited to show reply: I fail to I understand what being from a warranty company has to do with the fact that you didn't keep the appointment that you made. You made a commitment to provide a service. You failed to honor that commitment. For someone to respond to a review like this shows what a horrible business person you must be. I really don't think someone could be arrested for a comment on YELP. Maybe you don't understand how laws work. Maybe I will forward your response to the authorities as well. I will be forwarding your comments to the warranty company though. Hopefully you will get no further work from them. Maybe if you had answered the phone when we called, you would have made good on your commitment.
