I reached out to this vendor a month in advance of my event, and I was given a date in Oct to confirm the order. I asked the vendor if I could add some customization to the order using images from their site. I was told I was not able to because they do not make hand crafted cookies. Keep in mind, I was only requesting a few cookies with customization, not an entirely new set. After sending a few emails back and forth, I told them I was fine with what they could offer and I would pay the invoice ASAP. They responded to my confirmation email telling me this is messy and it would be best I found another vendor. They cancelled an order I confirmed with them in writing multiple times just a week before my event knowing there is no way I would be able to find another vendor in such a short time. Completely unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! Please view email thread for a glimpse at their customer service and cancellation of my order that I confirmed multiple times. read more

Usually, I am not writing any reviews for any store. But in this case, I have to. I ordered cookies in a Texas shape with the company logo for my important client. Today I received the order in addition it also comes in circle figures. The note said, " Texas shape did not print well so I also included circle cookies with the logo". What thoughtful and great customer service. I will definitely order from her again and again. Thank you. read more

BEWARE! I contacted Jenna over 2 months ago and specifically asked if her prices would increase before July because I wanted to purchase 150 cookies for my daughter's graduation party, but I did not need the cookies until then. She told me the prices would stay the same and I could order them up until 10 days before I actually needed them which would be the end of June. I was ready to place my order today (via Etsy) and to my surprise, I got a notification from Etsy saying that the price of an item in my cart increased. My heart dropped! I messaged Jenna and she admitted to increasing the price due to cost increase of eggs and butter, which I understand, but it would've been nice if she honored the price that was posted up until today since she told me that the price would not go up. All she offered me was a $5 off coupon. The total cost of the cookies went up way more than that (I think over $100). Now I need to scramble to find something else to give as party favors for my daughter's party that is in less than 4 weeks! read more
