What a wonderful find! I am so pleased to share my excitement about this business! I reached out via email and sent them an inspiration photo. The cookies were a party favor for a baby shower. When they arrived, I was blown away at how precious they were! They exceeded my expectations and they were delicious as well! They were individually wrapped and for a reasonable fee. I had them delivered. The customer service was just icing on the cake.

Super easy to communicate and place order through email. The cookies were so cute and delicious! The storefront is easy to find and clean inside. Would definitely recommend!

I used Dallas Custom Cookie for a corporate event with a client and was so happy with the product and service. Jenna was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure I liked the design. Today I received the order in addition it also comes in circle figures. The note said, " Texas shape did not print well so I also included circle cookies with the logo". I have been using Dallas Custom Cookies for several years for special event cookies when the bakery I used to use in Dallas decided not to do decorated shortbread cookies any more. The decorated cookies have become a signature for my events. So finding Jenna was very lucky. I am SO happy with every single order I have placed with Jenna!!! The cookies are absolutely delicious and I love that they are individually wrapped. I personally bake a lot so high quality baking is important to me. The online customer service is very responsive. The graduation cookies I ordered were received with smiles and joy. They turned out beautifully. Besides the good quality, the follow through of the order to delivery was excellent. BEWARE! I contacted Jenna over 2 months ago and specifically asked if her prices would increase before July because I wanted to purchase 150 cookies for my daughter's graduation party, but I did not need the cookies until then. She told me the prices would stay the same and I could order them up until 10 days before I actually needed them which would be the end of June. I was ready to place my order today (via Etsy) and to my surprise, I got a notification from Etsy saying that the price of an item in my cart increased. My heart dropped! I messaged Jenna and she admitted to increasing the price due to cost increase of eggs and butter, which I understand, but it would've been nice if she honored the price that was posted up until today since she told me that the price would not go up. All she offered me was a $5 off coupon. The total cost of the cookies went up way more than that (I think over $100). Now I need to scramble to find something else to give as party favors for my daughter's party that is in less than 4 weeks! read more

Jenna has created cookies for me from baseball lollipops with players names and colors to very important / special celebrations of my sons communion and my grandmothers 95th birthday. Not only was she able to create exactly what I ask for but they always come out better than I could have imagined. Excellent work with equally as excellent quality and taste. I taste none of the espresso and only the tiniest hint of pecan. It just tasted like hot water :( His was 90% milk, also very little espresso flavor. It tasted like honey and milk, fragrant with cinnamon. This may have been a one-off. Sorry that it had to be our experience!

Jenna met with me to discuss the cookies my daughter-in-law wanted for my grandson's first birthday party. We already had the cookie cutters-one a cloud and the other a hot air balloon. My DIL was specific with the color and look she was going for as it needed to match the rest of the decorations. I was nervous about the color match as it was an unusual mint green. It came out a bit darker than expected, but turned out fine as it blended with the decorations. Jenna went out of her way going to several stores to try to find a particular ribbon to tie up the individual bags for the cookies! Even though we couldn't find the perfect ribbon, the cookies were darling and delivered to my door (!) well in advance (raining that morning) for the trip down to Austin for the party. Jenna was professional, kind, caring and creative! The cookies were not only cute, but delicious as well. Oh! And in addition she made a cookie with a #1 on it to top the small individual cake I made for the birthday boy! How "sweet" is that? The follow up is that his older brother is already talking about truck-shaped cookies that he wants for his birthday. I guess the legacy continues! A huge thank you, Jenna! read more

I ordered a dozen cookies as a congratulatory surprise for my husband who recently got a promotion at work. I was pretty specific in what I wanted them to look like. Jenna did an AMAZING job! Not only did she decorate them exactly like I wanted--she went above and beyond and added her own touch to make them extra special. My husband's coworkers were especially impressed that the company logo was on half the cookies!!!! I asked Jenna to add a card to the order so that my husband would know who they were from. What I expected was a handwritten card like what flowers come with...what he received was a greeting card! She went out and bought the card especially for my order, then inscribed it for me using the message I sent her! It truly made the delivery special! And I must mention that the cookies are DELICIOUS! Jenna was incredibly professional, accommodating to my requests, and very enthusiastic about making them to help us celebrate (which made me even more excited). I ordered 200 cookies for my son's wedding Welcome Dinner. It was at a Mexican Restaurant so ordered Mexican themed cookies: donkey pinata, margarita glass, cactus, chili pepper. I added a sticker on each bag welcoming friends and family to the wedding weekend and placed them in baskets for guests to take on their way out of the event. They were a HUGE HIT!
