We chose a vanilla bean flavor with vanilla buttercream for the cake and confetti flavor with vanilla frosting for the cupcakes. That's not an acceptable response or level of customer service. Management also needs to pay more attention to basic maintenance, including regularly cleaning and stocking the restrooms.
