The next day Sam followed up with me and gave me a quote for a water heater install and said he'd be there within 2 hours when I was ready. I told him I needed to discuss with my wife. During this time, I called another local company for a quote and they quoted me about 800$ more for the same exact branded/sized water heater, installation hoses/connection, etc. their warranty was also one year less than AAA was providing. I then called another plumbing company and their quote was even more astronomical than the second company. So I called Sam back after agreeing with my wife that we would proceed with him. He stated he had a new customer in the 1 hour we'd last spoken, but not to worry because he'd still be there same day just later in the afternoon. He provided a time frame and text when he was 30 min out. He arrived and got the water heater swapped out in 2 hours as he said over the phone. We went from having a leaking water heater to a brand new one. It's all up to code and we feel very confident in Sam's work. Additionally, Sam was a very courteous and polite guy. He explained everything and answered every question we had. He never seemed rushed or tried to upsell us anything. His customer service was outstanding.

He provided clear, transparent pricing for both traditional and tankless options but ultimately helped me realize that my current unit still has some life left in it. It's rare to find a business that prioritizes the customer's best interest over their own immediate profit. Because of this integrity, I've decided to "ride out" my current unit for now, but I will absolutely be calling them the moment it's time for a replacement. I plan to use them for my rental properties moving forward, and I will be recommending this company to all of my family and friends. One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! He was extremely honest and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way during the install and making sure that I approved things such as placement of the water filter/softener system, how I wanted the lines ran, and even went above and beyond to tie the drain into my house's sewage system so that it looked as clean as possible. Most other plumbers I called wanted to run the drain for the system across the entire garage to tie into my laundry drain, but Miles took one look and said he could do one better than that. For our pressure reducing valve, the original one was soldered on without any way to replace it except by cutting the copper piping on both ends. Before installing the new replacement valve, Miles made sure to install unions on both ends of the pipe so that in the future, if I ever needed to replace it again, I could easily do it myself without having to call a plumber. Out of all the plumbers I contacted for estimates, Jerry's plumbing was the most honest company, providing the best pricing, while offering (in my opinion) the cleanest workmanship. Overall I'm am extremely happy and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Originally had a plumber sent out from Alpine this morning which he did not have the correct equipment. Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job!
